Chapter 32

Recap:

"You're so cute." He says and I can't help but blush. He kisses my blushing cheek and then grabs a pizza taking a bite.

He sits back again and we put some random movies on Netflix.

"How are you feeling?" I ask in the middle of the movie. He turns to face me and a big smile appears on his face. "Better, now that I'm with you. You're all I have left Ashley."

I smile at his response. "I will always be here for you."

"Thank you." He says and captures my lips in his. I immediately kiss back as he pulls me on top of him.

"Be mine." He mumbles into the kiss and I smile. "Already am babe," I say and he spun us around, so he's on top of me.

"Let me take you out on a date tomorrow night." He whispers in my ear before moving his lips to mine to give me one last kiss.

"Sure! What time?" I smile brightly. "Wait?" He says rather shocked. "Yes, of course."

"I love you." He says and immediately captures my lips to his again without letting me answer. "I love you," I say in between breaths.

"I'll pick you up at 8:00." He pulls away and I nod. "Do you want to stay the night? So you're not alone in your house?"

"Sure." He says lying next to me on the couch. He wraps his arms around me as I lay my head on his chest and we watch the movie that is about to finish.

~next morning~

I woke up in my room with Ross nowhere to be seen, He must've left early. As I am about to walk down to the kitchen to grab some breakfast I see a note on my nightstand.

It read:
Hey love. Had to head out early, but I'll see you at 8, okay? I love you.

I smile at the note and walk down to grab some food, I take it upstairs and watch some Netflix.

As the day went by I received a bunch of texts from the girls asking what happened with Danny and if I wanted to meet to talk about it but I didn't answer.

It's now 7 o'clock so I start getting ready for my date with Ross. It was kinda chilly so I decided to wear a cropped sweater, a black skater skirt with tights, and heeled black boots.

I took a quick shower and changed into my clothes. After that, I curled my hair and put eyeliner, mascara, and my favorite burgundy-colored lipstick. After I was all done I went to check the time when my phone went off.

A- hello?

R- hey love, I'm outside.

A- yup I'll be right there.

I walk down and open the door to find Ross in his usual white button-up and jeans attire. "Wow, Ashley you look beautiful." He says and a blush creeps up my face.

"Thank you," I say trying to cover my face. "You ready to go?" He asks and I nod. We walk out and to his car.

Ross didn't want to tell me much about where he was taking me so I just sat patiently waiting until we arrived at the beach.

"What are we doing at the beach at this time?" I ask giggling. "We're just chilling." He smirks grabbing his guitar and then my hand leading me close to shore.

"Here, sit I want to play something I wrote for you." He says and starts strumming his guitar. "I wrote it when we first met. I just never really had the guts to show it to you."
