Chapter 33

"Danny? What are you doing here?" I ask.

"I Could've given you so much more, is this why you blew me off last night?!" He yells in my face and I am a bit frightened. "For him?"

"Who the fuck do you think you are to talk to her like that?! She has her reasons for not going on your stupid date and doesn't have to explain shit to you." Ross defends me for getting in the middle.

"And her reasons are, what? She was fucking you like every other slut you've been with?" Danny stifles a laugh but soon receives a punch from Ross. "Say something else, I fucking dare you," Ross says in between gritted teeth.

Danny pushes him off but not before he punches him in the face. They start going at it and I don't know what to do.

"Danny stop! You're hurting him!" I say trying to break them up but it's no use. Danny keeps hitting Ross and he starts stumbling back.

"Ashley, get in the car now," Ross growls throwing Danny to the floor and giving him a handful of hits.

I freaked out quickly grabbed my phone and called the police. I explained what was going on and they soon came breaking the two boys up.

As the police officer was arresting Danny the other one grabbed my attention and asked a few questions as to what happened.

"I was on a date with my boyfriend and Daniel showed up insulting me, Ross defended me and they started hitting each other but Daniel wouldn't stop. Can I please see how my boyfriend is doing now?!" I answered as best I could but started crying. He nods his head and I jog to Ross's car driving off to the hospital.

When I got there all our friends were there waiting. "What happened?!" Courtney asks when she sees me walk in.

"I was on a date with Ross and Daniel saw us, he started insulting me and Ross jumped in to defend me," I say pulling at my roots.

"What the heck? What an ass." Andy shakes his head.

"Don't worry Ash, Everything will get better." Carter wraps his arms around me and rubs my arm. He's always been the sweetheart of the group.

"Thanks, Carter, it's just-" I get interrupted by a nurse. "Ross has 2 broken ribs and a broken nose. he's free to go as soon as the paperwork is done." The nurse informs us and before we can say another word he leaves.

I nod and walk towards Ross' room. When I open the door Ross turns and smiles as soon as he sees me.

"Hi, baby," I say as I sit on the chair next to the bed and grab his hand. "Hi, love." He says back with a small smile.

"How're you feeling?" I ask creasing his cheek. "I'll be okay."

"Are you sure? He hurt you pretty badly." I move his hair out of his face. "Babe, I'm fine now give me a kiss." He sits up wincing in pain but before I can say anything his lips capture mine in hunger and I am soon tugging at his hair.
