Are you coming to pick me up?

As soon as I sent that text message to Taylor, I received a text from another number.

I'm coming to pick you up

To: Kitten
From: Boyfriend (;

I rolled my eyes. I knew it was Cameron.

To: Boyfriend (;

How'd you get my number?

From: Boyfriend (;
To: Kitten

I have my ways. Make sure you're ready, I'm on my way

I sighed and quickly turned off my phone.

I got up and did my daily morning routine.

- 10 minutes later -

"Carrie there's a boy outside our door!" My mom yells from downstairs

I chuckled, and quickly grabbed the things I needed and made my way downstairs

"Bye Jeffery" I say as I pass by the living room and waved at him

"Bye mom" I say as I reached the front door and kissed her cheek before going

"Why'd you decide to pick me up?" I ask as me and Cameron begin walking towards his motorcycle

"Because kitten, we're dating" He says and wiggles his eyebrows

I rolled my eyes.

Once we reached his motorcycle, he got on first and handed me his helmet.

I got on the backseat, and held onto his waist as he began the motorcycle

- At school -

Cameron parked the motorcycle, and we both began walking towards the entrance of the school.

Cameron quickly grabbed my hand, and intertwined our fingers.

As we entered the school, everybody in the hallway kept staring at us.

The more people we passed by, the more whispers there are coming from those people.

"They're staring" I whisper to Cameron

"Yeah.. Because I'm hot" He says normally

I nudge his shoulder with mine as we continued walking.

We reached my locker, and our intertwined fingers, were now separated.

I turned my padlock to the numbers of my passcode, and was quickly able to get it open.

As I opened my locker, I asked. "So how long is this game going to last?"

"Hmm.. 2-3 months?" Cameron replies

"Will you even be able to make it go that far?" I asked with a brow raised

"Yes, I think I can do it. Besides, I know I'm going to win anyways" He says with a smirk

I chuckled. "In your dreams Dallas"

- Lunch -

"Hey, sorry I didn't pick you up this morning. I woke up late that's why" Taylor said with a small frown as we both were walking to our table with our trays

I smiled lightly. "It's okay Tay, I was able to catch a ride this morning" I say

"With who?" She asks as we both sat down at the table

"With me" Someone answered before me.

Me and Taylor look up to see Cameron standig in front of us, then taking a seat

"Hi, girlfriend" He greets me

"Hi girlfriend's best friend" He greets Taylor

"WHAT?!" Taylor screamed. Clearly surprised at what Cameron just said.
