"Hey Sydni," I say to Syd after walking up to her.

"Wassup ugly," She jokes, giving me a hug.

"You funny," I laugh. "But forreal forreal, you know I'm feeling you right?"

She laughs in my face. "Ray you are too much, you get on my nerves."

"When you gone let me on?" I ask.

She stared at me for awhile. "You're not serious are you?...Are you?"

"As a heart attack baby. I been feeling you for awhile now. How you feel bout that?"

"I feel like you tripping Ray. I'm engaged to one of your homeboys and you're with my cousin." Sydni says.

I shrug. "Yea, but I know you can forget about ole Craig just for a minute or too. And I know you secretly been feeling me too and you felt like you wanted to do something about it. Well now's your chance ma. Let me see what you're about and vice versa?"

She shakes her head. "Un-un Ray, one, I'm not attracted to you like that. And two, that's my cousin and blood is thicker than water so you can shake with all that. You can be mad all you want but at the end of the day, all that matters is my cousins feelings, bye." She says turning around preparing to leave. I grab her arm and spin her back around to me and before she can say anything I pulled her into a kiss.

She pushed off of me with a disgusted look and we both heard, "Aw hell nah!!" The two of us turned to see a ticked off Jorñae.

"What the hell?" She yelled.

"Nae, get your rat ass boyfriend. He tryna push up on me, like what the fuck!" Syd says wiping off her mouth with a disgusted face.

"Baby not even," I say to Jorñae. "She came up to me trying to seduce me and shit, then when I was about to walk off she pulled me to her and kissed me. Her strong ass."

I didn't know who to believe. This was some messed up shit. Catching your boyfriend with your cousin is crazy. I'm kinda feeling like Kay'Lani right now.

"Baby, you know I wouldn't do some shit like that to you, I'm in love with you girl."

He's in love with me. That was the first time he ever said that to me.

Sydni rolled her eyes at him. "Jorñae, why would I want Rays skinny ass when I have all the man I need right in the other room. Why the hell would I even try some shit like this knowing you and my fiancé are just behind some doors and could come out any minute and see us. Ray is not even close to being my type anyway. You're my cousin, and even if it weren't Ray, and it was somebody I may have been attracted to, I still wouldn't do that shit to you cause family is forever."

And then I was back at square one.

"Well, I don't know. Cause I remember that one time you tried to get me to go with Ray and you were all, 'imagine what he can do with that tongue girl' and you're hella giggly and friendly around him too Syd." I voice.

"The fuck? Girl that was like forever ago plus I was kidding, his tongue looks nasty as hell. Like what the fuck is he? Part snake? Yo, Ray, you need to tell her the truth son, I'm not even playing, this shit ain't cool cuz." She exclaims. And this is what I like to call "Sydni's black side."
