Tina Dixon 22 is the estranged step sister of the Dixon brothers, her mother married their father when she was 12 years old and the Dixon boys were in their late 20's, early 30's.

Tina awoke early to avoid Daryl, she had to get over this 'crush' she thought she had. Daryl was right he was her brother, blood or not. Getting dressed in jeans and a simple tee, she made her way out of the tent and joined Shane and Rick as they discussed a new search for Sophia. "Ill come with you two today" Tina suggested "can you shoot?" Rick asked. Tina nodded "a little, Merle taught me with cans once" she revealed. Wrapping a protective arm around her Shane said "ill teach her more today" "ill meet you guys later then and we will go from there" Rick said nodding handing Tina a gun and leaving them alone. Exchanging awkward glances Shane piped up "shall we go now?" "Okay" she smiled "wanna tell Daryl?" He asked just before Glenn came running up with Rick. Catching his breath Glenn revealed "There are walkers in the barn!" "What you say?" Shane snapped holding onto the loop of his trousers. "Walkers...in the barn..lots of them!" He said between breaths. Both Rick and Shane shot a look to the barn, Rick held Shane back from storming over there. "We need to speak to Hershel!" Rick warned him, he knew how hot headed Shane could be and Tina was starting to pick up on that too.
Tina took Shane with her to look for Sophia whilst Rick spoke to Hershel, Shane wasnt happy about it but even he knew Rick would be the calmer one in the situation. Changing the subject of the barn Tina decided to lighten the mood and ask about Shane'e life before, eventually it got onto to Tina, "I cant believe you are a Dixon" Shane said laughing "whats funny?" Tina asked playfully pushing Shane to the side of her "well..they are...and you are..you know" Shane replied "rednecks?" Tina interjected folding her arms while Shane smiled "Im not a Dixon, my mom married their dad..and im not a 'redneck' " she replied using air quotes. "So no boyfriend keeping you warm at night?" He flirted with a crooked smirk, Tina blushed "no..no" she stammered instantly thinking of Daryl. "I think we should head back, we are just walking over ourselves here" Tina sighed, pointing back towards the farm.
Upon reaching the farm the pair found Rick and Hershel had gone off as well, presumably looking for Sophia. Tina caught up with Daryl who looked annoyed with her "whats up?" She quipped chirpily snatching the cigarette from his mouth and taking a puff "nothing" he grumbled not making eye contact. "Listen, i know you are going to moan but i might hang out with Shane later..just the two of us" Tina explained as Daryl bolted his head upright "what?!" He snapped "c'mon i cant just hang around with you can I? Girls gotta live" she added smiling, Daryl glared at her but eventually nodded. He grabbed her arm as she walked away "if he tries anything anything you get me you hear?!" He whispered loudly and sternly to her to which she gulped and nodded. "We could hang out if you would rather?" Tina suggested to which Daryl shot her a sarcastic smile and rolled his eyes making her feel really awkward.
The sounds of Shane and Rick yelling took Daryl and Tina out of their conversation and she followed Daryl as he jogged over to see what was happening. Shane was opening the barn and allowing all the walkers to pile out as the rest of the group took them all down. Tina watched from behind Daryl as the last walker emerged and to the sheer horror of the group it was Sophia, bitten on her left shoulder something Rick told the group he told her. Daryl bolted to Carol and wrapped his arms around her as Rick shot Sophia's walker body down. As everyone was upset and shocked at what had just unfolded Tina felt jealous that Daryl wasnt wrapping his arms around her and stomped off hoping the others would think that maybe she found this too much and had to be alone. Trying to stifle the tears that were streaming Tina cursed herself for feeling this way about Daryl, he was never going to feel the same about her as like he says he is 'her brother' so she needed to snap out of it and stop being so selfish with the world the way it was.
"You okay?" Daryl asks coming into the tent, Tina wiped her eyes and weakly nodded. "Lori is with Carol, Hershel gave her something to calm her" Daryl said saddened. Tina threw her arms around Daryl tightly and sobbed into the leather of the jacket, she didnt care how loud she was being she just had to let it out.

The feeling of Daryl wrapping a firm arm around her waist made her stomach flip and fill with butterflies, it was now or never for Tina and she removed her head from his shoulders and placed her lips on his, pulling him closer to her body she felt him kiss her back, only slightly before he pushed himself away from her "Tina what are you doing?!" He yell whispered wiping his lip, causing Tina to barge past him and out of the tent in sheer embarrassment.
