Rick yelled as he, Daryl and TDog placed Hershel on the bed as Beth and Maggie knelt at his side. "Cuff him, just in case" Rick told Tina, Hershel was passed out but there was every chance he could slip away and become a walker. Nervously Tina cuffed Hershel to the rails of the bed and left Maggie and Beth with him. "You alright?" Tina asked a distracted Daryl "yea you?" He asked stroking the small of her back. God he made her stomach do somersaults at the simplest of touches. Carol brushed past them and edged to the small dining area of their cell block "who are they?" She asked with concern as the others followed her round to see who it was "just some prisoners who got left behind" Rick sighed caressing the bridge of his nose in frustration. Daryl left Tina's side and aimed his crossbow at them "congratulations you have been pardoned by the state of Georgia" he growled at them. Rick explained to the confused inmates what had happened to the world, they had a lot of questions much to Daryl's chagrin.

"Told them assholes they have to clean their own god damn cell" Daryl grunted as he walked into Tina's cell as she folded bed sheets "will we be okay? With them here?" She asked slightly scared, Daryl instantly nodded "they aint bothering us. I promise" he reassured her, tugging her hand to pull her in for a hug. The sound of footsteps clicking up the stairs made Tina shift away from him and back to folding bed sheets "so as i was saying i'll be guarding the tower tonight" Daryl quickly stated acting 'natural' as Beth brushed past him to enter the cell "mmhmm" Tina moaned trying to hold back an almighty giggle at Daryl's quick reaction.
"Want me to sit with your dad Beth? You could do with the rest?" Tina offered as bought her some water as she lay next to her father "im gonna sleep here" Beth exhaled "okay babe" Tina whispered placing the cup of water down and heading to her cell, it was beginning to get dark and Glenn and Maggie had just returned from bringing all the food from the canteen with Rick back. "Never thought id be so excited to see so much rice" TDog quipped as he carried 2 large bags of the stuff. "Rick, can i have a gun? I'll join Daryl on watch tonight" Tina asked the burning question she had been dying to ask ever since Daryl told her he was on watch. "I think TDog is on it tonight, thanks though Tina. Maybe tomorrow night with me or Glenn?" Rick suggested to a disheartened Tina "great" she responded trying not to sound too sarcastic. "Actually, i dont mind" TDog protested as he slung the bags down "Daryl isnt always filled with conversation" he added bringing a big smile to Tina's face which she quickly played down "cool." She nodded "ill head out there now" she said as Rick passed her a rifle. "Night guys!" She yelled spritely as she left the prison and headed to the tower.
"Daryl! You up here?" She called out she jogged up the stairs, the smell of cigarette smoke gave her the answer. "Whatca doing?" He asked blowing smoke out "swapped with TDog" she smiled "us two? All night?" He asked with a raised eyebrow "well and the crickets" Tina joked. Pulling him to her she pressed her lips firmly against his making him moan with the impact. Tugging for him to get his jacket off, Daryl pushed her back gently and began looking towards the prison "we cant make this obvious" he sighed before pointing the ground and kneeling on it "lets get lower" he whispered as she joined him crouching under the window. "Windows steamed up pretty quick huh?" He said wiping the windows as he fastened his belt "i dont think anyone saw, lights are pretty dim, my guess is they are all asleep" Tina replied. "You should sleep too, ill lookout" Daryl told her kissing her gently on the forehead. "Ill keep you company" she smiled. Opening the watch tower door they stood on the balcony as Daryl lit up a cigarette offering Tina one. Leaning onto his chest he wrapped an arm around her "i think i love you Daryl" she confessed tilting her head so she could look at him. Blowing out smoke he looked down at her nervously "me too" he softly replied.
