"There must be a hidden elevator or something." SilverMist said. "This isn't just Nancy Drew. A hidden elevator isn't just going to pop up." I snapped. She rolled her eyes at me and continued toward the regular elevator.

We climbed in and she held the card up to the buttons. "What are you doing? Trying to unlock a hotel room?" I laughed.

"Wait. Let me do this again." She said. She held up the card and I saw some buttons light up. "492-337-475" I read out. "Hopefully it's not my ex's phone number...."I laughed.

The elevator started to move. When it finally stopped, I had a feeling we were way under ground. Further down than I would've thought possible.

I checked my phone: no service. "Alright, let's go." She said, stepping out of the elevator. "Don't you find it a little weird that the arena was so heavily guarded and this place isn't?" "Maybe it's because they thought it was well hidden?" Miranda asked.

I followed behind her. In front of us was just a black door with a small window. I looked at SilverMist and she nodded.

"I can't see anything. The window is too dark." She whispered. "Don't even think." Before I could finish my sentence, she had already held the keycard to the door.

The door unbolted with an ungodly loud creak. It lead to what looked to be a tiny house pod. We walked forward and stealthily glanced into the window.

What we saw shocked me.

It was a woman in a black jumpsuit sitting on the bed. She looked utterly normal, just reading a book.

"We in the right basement?" I asked. "Yeah. This is it." She whispered. Before we could do anything, the woman got up and unlocked the door.

"I thought I heard people out here." She said, coming toward us. "Don't get any closer."I said, aiming my webs. She looked at me confusedly.

"Uh what do you think you're doing?" She asked me. "Fury said that you were the most dangerous thing in this building. Why is that?" I asked, refusing to lower my arms.

"Well, if you want to talk it over with some tea and not your webs, then I'd be happy to tell you and clear this whole thing up." She replied, putting her hands on her hips.

I looked at SilverMist and she nodded at me. I dropped my hands.

"Follow me." She said. She looked to be about 6'5 and had abnormally large hands.

She lead us into the tiny little pod. It had a bed with a tiny stove and microwave. She grabbed the kettle and poured some hot water in the cups.

"Chose your tea." She grinned, handing us a basket. SilverMist exchanged glances before I grabbed some green tea.

There was a tiny table in the back that we sat at. My head leaned forward over the table due to the slope of the pod thing.

"So. Director Fury told you I was the most dangerous thing here? Ha!" She laughed. "I'll tell you why he didn't want you coming down here." She said, setting her tea down.

"Under my skin is half human, half robotic. I used to be all human until someone ran into a building I was in, aka SHIELD and killed everyone inside. It was during one of their super fights. I was the sole survivor. More than half of my body was damaged in the disaster.

Tony worked on me with a little help from a few friends and created what you see now. Just a girl trying to live her life. He didn't want you down here so he could hide the truth. Also, because Fury had me programmed to be a ruthless killing machine against his enemies.
