Though it can be awkward at times
Because it's summer
And you're not with me every day
I think this relationship is so much healthier
Than anything I had before
I understand
What's happening
More than I've ever been able to see
And I'm not expected
To stand up for anything
Because nothing wrong has been done
Any weird pun or joke is 100% welcome
And I feel welcome along with them
It's not awkward
To text
It's not a huge deal
It just feels right
I feel like I'm right
I've done something right
And I'd like to stay this way
