Sometimes it seems as if
I don't have my own ideas
I just take the ideas of someone else
And push them on further
Whether right or wrong
Sometimes it seems as if
I am a mere puppet
Spewing facts, statistics, and records
Even if they're false
I wish I could come up
With my own ideas
But I really just don't understand
So I listen to others
Pick up what they say
And move it right along
