"I can't believe I did this! Mother would be so furious,"

"But that's okay. What she doesn't know won't kill her... right?" "Oh my gosh, this would kill her."

"This is so much fun!" "I... am a horrible daughter. I'm going back."

"I am never going back! Woohoo!" "I am a despicable human being..."

"Best. Day. Ever!"

... And now, Rapunzel sat near a row of big boulders sobbing. Jack walked towards her. He had to watch her run around, jump around, sit around, roll around... basically move around, loudly expressing her conflicting feelings.

"Finally calmed down?" he asked, crouching next to her. She shook her head.

"Well, what seems to be the problem?" he took away her hands from her face to reveal her tearful eyes.

"I don't know if I should do this... if I should leave... It could break my mother's heart in half. Maybe even crush her soul like a grape!" she said in a trembling voice.

"Look, it's okay. This is your dream we're talking about. You have to pursue it. If you don't, that's basically not doing anything good with your life," Jack said calmly, "A little rebellion doesn't hurt sometimes, you know. Besides, I'll be there with you every step of the way," he smiles.

Rapunzel nodded, trying to calm herself. "Finally calmed down?" he asked again.

"... Yeah," she replied with a smile.

Merida waited until the dragon was totally out of sight before she quickly approached the unconscious Hiccup. Poor thing was scared to death, she thought.

"Hiccup!" she called out, trying to make sure he was okay. He fell. Face. First.

"Ugh..." he grunted, slowly lifting himself up. Merida quickened her pace to help him up.

Hiccup's eyes fluttered, adjusting to the light before he fully opened them. "... Merida?" he muttered, "H-how'd you know where to find me?" he asked.

"I was following ye from yer cottage to here. I hope ya didn't mind," she chuckled.

"No, no. Of course not. I sure don't mind being followed in these dark woods by a girl who I have only met once. Not to mention the fact that she was creeping around without my permission whatsoever. In fact, I even told you no, but you still went after me like a stalker. That's totally fine, really," Hiccup replied with those gestures of his as he stood up. Merida started laughing nervously.

"Sorry. I was just really curious on what ye were up t-- wait," Merida paused, "ya knew I as following聽 ye?"

"The whole time, yes," Hiccup nodded, his arms crossed and a smug expression painted on his face.

"Well, since I'm here now, I'm gonna keep on going with ya," Merida said with her hands on her hips. Hiccup's expression quickly changed to an annoyed one. He rolled his eyes as he groaned.

"Did you not just see how dangerous this could be!?" Hiccup shouted in panic.

"Yeah. Exactly why I thought a talking fish bone like ye would need protection," Merida laughed lightly, "Come on," she said, skipping towards the direction where Toothless went.

"... H-hey! What was that supposed to mean!" Hiccup shouted going after Merida, obviously embarassed with what she said.
