"Okay, it's go time," Hiccup muttered, slightly nervous. With a change in the tail's position, Toothless was able to go downwards. Merida gasped and tightened her grip on the saddle.

The tail's position changed again so that they are just above the sea. "This is great!" Hiccup cheered, his arms up in the air. Merida chuckled and did the same.

All of a sudden, Toothless cried out, about to bump into a tall rock rising above sea level. "W-woah!" Hiccup quickly held the reigns and steered away. Toothless still hit the rock, but at least his head didn't.

"Sorry!" Hiccup said, steering to the right, where Toothless bumped into another rock, "Whoops! Another sorry," he steered to the other direction.

Toothless flicked one his ear-like flaps so that it slapped Hiccup, "I apologized," Hiccup said and Merida held back her laughter.

After a few more small test flights, Toothless started gesturing upwards to the sky that is starting to darken. Hiccup and Merida also looked up.

"You want to go up?" Hiccup asked and Toothless nodded, "Okay. We're going up, Merida," he stated, changing the tail's position again.

Slowly, they went up into the
clouds. Merida looked up at wonder. As soon as they were just below the clouds, Merida reached out her hands to feel them in her fingers. She closed her eyes and felt the light breeze fly by them.

By the time Toothless flew past the layer of clouds, it was already night time. Soon, an aurora was present. Hiccup and Merida watched in awe as the vibrant colors of the light danced in the atmosphere. Unconciously, Merida placed her arms around Hiccup's waist in a slight hug, resting her cheek on his shoulder. Hiccup, on the other hand, noticed her action. He didn't shrug her off.

It 'would be rude', he thought.

Instead, he smiled at her as she watched the aurora. Soon, Toothless slightly went down, back into the layer of clouds, and near the water again. Merida's hug tightened a little more and Hiccup couldn't help the grin on his face to show itself.

Jack and Rapunzel were able to get on a boat. Rapunzel took with her a flower basket so while waiting for the lights to show up, she placed flowers on the calm ocean surface. There was silence between them until Jack decided to break it.

"You seem a little tensed," Jack stated.

She did. She looked nervous snd anxious, "I'm not," she mumbled, reaching into the basket for some more flowers. Sadly, there weren't any more.

"You are," he laughed a little. He inched a little closer, trying to get her to face him, "Why?"

Rapunzel sighed and turned to him with a face that spells out 'tensed'.

"It's just that..." Rapunzel sighed, "I've been dreaming about this my whole life. What if it's not how I dreamed it to be?"

"It will be," Jack reassured.

Rapunzel looked up at the night sky in anticipation and worry, "And what if it is, then what?" She asked.

Jack looked at her with a face of adoration. He liked hearing her talking about her dream, "That's the good part, I guess. You get to find a new one," he said.

Rapunzel turned to him. She opened her mouth to say something, but her words retreated as she saw a single floating light from behind him. Soon, a large group of lights followed.

Rapunzel's eyes widened and she quickly ran to the other edge of the boat, almost tipping them over. Luckily, she didn't.

Now, she finally saw them. She knew that this was where she was meant to be. She looked around as the lights surrounded them. They were actually paper lanterns. She simply adored the scenery, turning around to see more lanterns and her eyes fell upon Jack. In his hands were two of these lanterns.
