"Okay, Merida. You tell the guards that their lost princess is waiting in one of the baconies," Jack relayed his instruction as Merida went off to find a guard.
"While she's doing that..." Jack helped Rapunzel ride on Toothless' back with Hiccup, "... you take her to one of the balconies up there," he said to Hiccup.
"Aye," Hiccup said, mocking Merida's voice.
Rapunzel and Jack couldn't help but laugh. "Okay, all joking aside. Quickly!" Jack was already airborne while Toothless was getting ready to fly.
Merida found one of the castle guards and approached him. "Sir!" She said, "I came to say that your lost princess is waiting in one of the castle's balconies,"
"Impossible," the guard said, giving her a suspicious look, "How are you so sure it is her?"
"Uhm..." Merida gulped, a nervous smile on her face, "She has... uh... long, golden hair and beautiful, big emerald eyes," she said as she watched the two boys and Toothless bring Rapunzel to a balcony.

Hiccup watched Merida's task from up above. The guard she talked to went into the castle gates and Merida went to the back of the castle, giving them a thumbs up.
"A guard is coming up," Hiccup said.
"Got it. Go down, you two," Jack said. Hiccup and Toothless quickly swooped down to meet with Merida.
Jack was about to land before Rapunzel grabbed his sleeve. "Jack," she said, "I'm scared,"
Jack slowly turned to her, remembering the words of his own sister. He gave her an encouraging smile, "Don't worry. It'll be okay. I'm sure it'll be fun," he gave her a kiss on the forehead before the doors flew open.
Rapunzel quickly turned around to see the familiar faces of the king and queen. The mosaic in the town sure got their image accurately. Rapunzel stood still as the queen approached her. Her hand touched Rapunzel's face, the latter feeling an overwhelming nostalgia come through her. She hardly knew them, but she felt as if she grew up with them. The queen pulled her into a tight hug. The king, tears in his eyes, came to give her an embrace as well. As soon as they let go, Rapunzel looked down on the ground to see Jack, Merida and Hiccup.
But they were not there.

Toothless landed on the ground, a wooden floor instead of the Corona village's street.
It created a loud noise, waking up a certain sleeping teen. "What the...?" Hiccup mumbled, struggling to sit up.
He opened his eyes and spotted the ebony dragon, sitting next to him. "Hey, Toothless. Did you drop me or something when we landed?" He said.
Toothless tilted his head. Hiccup gave Toothless a puzzled look before he started to see his surroundings.
He was in his room back at Berk. He was sitting on his bed, covered in a blanket. "What..." Hiccup squinted as the rays of sunlight poured out from the nearby window.
"Wait a second," a sudden realization donned upon him, "You're in my house," he said to Toothless, "You are in my house!"
Toothless nodded and jumped around the room. "Hey! Come on-" Hiccup paused as he felt a bit off.
He was about to stand, until he saw the prosthetic leg replacing his left leg. He slowly let it down on the floor. Toothless went to him, as if lending his assistance. After an exasperated sigh, Hiccup tried to walk.
