Sixty three

I walk outside on my own seeing Jon sitting in his car, he gets out seeing me approach his car.

"Need a favor" I said as I get close to him.

"Sure thing" he said nodding "but first a kiss would be nice or a hi babe how's your morning been" Jon said sarcastically.

"Sorry" I said cupping his face kissing him "Hey" I smiled looking him in his brown eyes.

"So what you need?" Jon asked me.

"The keys here, need them all cut, except the car key obviously"

"Who's are they?" Jon asked me I look at him.

"You don't need to know that, just get them cut bring the back to the school when you pick me up so I get out them back" I explained to him.

"There Butlers?" Jon asked me I just look at him my silence told him everything he needed to know "shit. Peyton are you this stupid. Your going to end up in so much trouble"

"No more trouble than you, being here in Rosemill and near me" I pointed out.

"That's different" Jon said to me leaning on his car

"How is it babe? Tell why you being here is any different"

"I'm here for you and the baby, what your doing is stupid, if you get caught"

"If I get caught, what?" I asked him.

"If you get caught your going to end up arrested" Jon responded.

I nod my head at him "well we the same then aren't we, because I'm doing this for you and our baby" I said staring at him "can you do this or not? Cause if not give me you car keys I will go now"

Jon sighed out running his hand over his head "Give me the keys, I will go now" Jon said taking the keys from me.

"Thank you" I smiled leaning in kissing him "have I told you how much I love you"

"Once or twice" he smiled kissing my lips "see later" Jon opened his car door getting in.

I walk inside seeing Lana running up to me "Emily's gone to find out Butlers address" she said getting her breath back.

"Okay" I nodded "Jon's getting the keys cut for me" I said walking off.

"Peyton wait" Lana said pulling me backwards I turn looking at her "I heard Miss Butler talking on the phone"

"Yeah that's nice for you" I nodded shrugging my shoulders.

"She's meeting someone tonight" Lana informed me.

"And?"

"It could be Jax, but that's not what I was thinking, if Emily can get that address, her place will be empty tonight"

"I like your thinking" I smiled at her "yeah tonight it is, just got to hope that Em can get that address"

The bell goes after school and I go to my locker with Lana putting my books in there when Emily walks up "I've texted you her address"

I pull out my phone seeing the text from her it was a picture message "how the hell did you get this?" I asked her in disbelief "this is her file"

"Don't ask" she said walking off.

I close my locker looking to Lana "come on, I need to get them keys back" I said walking off with her.

I walk outside seeing Jon leaning on the side of his car talking to some of the  students.
"See not even working here, and his still popular"  Lana muttered as we walk over to him.

I get to him with Lana as he talks to them he outstretches his hands pulling me into him as he says goodbye to the group he was talking too.

"Keys" I asked him he pulls them out of his pocket handing them to me "it's done"
I take them kissing his cheek handing my bag to Lana.

"I will be five minutes" I said to them both.

"Pey let me do it" Lana said stoping me.

"No if you get caught you you get into trouble for something I did, I can't let you take the flack for me"

I walk off heading inside jogging through the school to the maths department.

I get to Miss Butlers classroom seeing no one in there, I walk in seeing her handbag wasn't on her desk I quickly panic looking around for it, it wasn't in the classroom. I open the top drawer of her desk putting the keys inside quietly closing the drawer.

I walk to the door hearing someone walking up the corridor it sounded like her by the footwear they was wearing, I turn around looking for somewhere to hide.

There was nowhere I see the window open and did the only thing I could I run over pushing the window open wider and I climb out jumping down thanking my lucky stars that we was on the ground floor otherwise I'd be screwed right now.

I walk around the side school seeing Jon's car parked in the distance I jog over getting in the car.

"Why the hell you come round the back for?" Lana asked me confused.

"Had to climb out the window" I said as Jon pulls away but instantly breaks.

"You what?" He asked me "Peyton are you fucking crazy?"

"It was either jump out the window or get caught" i said to him.

"Right this is stopping now!" Jon snapped "I'm not having you risk hurting your self or putting our baby in danger just to uncover what little sick secret your stepdad and Tina are hiding"

"Jon if I don't find out and put a stop to it I'm going to be visiting you behind bars" I reminded him.

"At least you will be safe and the baby" Jon replied.

"I'm safe now" I pointed out "give me till the end of the week if I don't find what I'm looking for I will stop"

"Okay, you got the week" Jon said pulling away.

I sit there hoping that I could find something on my stepdad and Miss Butler tonight at her place as I was running out of options
