Austin's POV

- 3 months later-

"Austin." I whisper-yell as I shake him awake and I hold my belly in my hands.

"What? What's wrong?" He bolts out of bed, in panic and I groan as I feel a contraction hit. "Fuck. It's baby time?" He asks and I nod.

He helps me out of bed and he calls Willow as he runs around grabbing our things.

"Can you get here as soon as possible? .. Willow I don't have time for this, she's having the baby." He snaps as I take my hospital bag from him and he sighs, running his hand through his hair. "Whatever." He says, hanging up.

"We can just take her to my mom." I suggest and he nods, waking up Adelaide, she fusses as she hugs on to his neck and I walk downstairs to wait for them.

He walks down the stairs with her diaper bag and we walk out to the car, giving my mom a heads up as we drive to my mom's and we drop off Adelaide, feeling a wave of emotion hit me.  This was the last day Adelaide would be my one and only child.

We drive to the hospital and luckily I'm taken back into a room in within minutes and they prepare me, strapping the fetal monitor on my belly and I change into a gown, laying in bed.

"I forgot how painful this was." I groan and Austin walks over to me, gripping his hand in mine and he kisses my forehead.

"You're almost there, baby." He says and I sigh, laying back against the pillow as I watch the monitor beside the hospital bed. "He's almost here." I hear Austin say and I could practically make out the smile on his face.

I turn to him, with tears threatening to escape. "I don't want to go through this again. It hurts." I sob and my voice breaks.

"Hey, it's just a few hours. You're half way dilated and then you'll see his beautiful face."He says, wiping the tears from my eyes and I sigh.

A nurse walks in and she checks my vitals and Cade's before she walks out and the door opens again to my mom walking in and I sigh in relief.

"Oh, baby." She says as she runs t me and she kisses my head as I grip her arm and I sob. "It's okay." She coos.

"Where's Adelaide?" I ask, sighing and she sits beside me on a chair.

"She's with your dad and Michele. Which by the way, she'll be here soon." She says, looking over at Austin and he nods, looking a little green.

"Are you ready?" My mom asks and I shake my head, feeling another contraction and she pouts. "I'm so sorry, my love."

"I'm nervous. This is the last day I'm a mother to a single child, instead, I'll be a mother to two babies."  I sigh and she grips my hand before a nurse walks in with a sly expression on her face.
