I woke up with the worst headache ever. I don't think I drank too much. Well I hope. I look around me to see that I'm alone in this room. I look at my phone to see it's already 12! I got texts from my friends and one from my mom.

Dom😋: You drank so much omg. But text me when you wake up.

Jakeey😜: Myles is pissed lmao. You made him want to leave yesterday. we'll talk when you wake up.

Kalin😴: We went out. didn't want to wake you. Call me when you wake up.

I just decided to text them back and see where they were. They were on there way back from breakfast and walking around. I suddenly got the feeling to be alone. I quickly got up, took a shower and got dressed. Grabbing my bag and my key to the room and heading out. I heard people laughing as I was waiting for an elevator to open to see all my friends and Tia in the elevator. "Nikki, where you going?" Dom asks. "I uhh I'm going out. I kind of want to explore a little by myself." I say. "K bye!" Tia says smiling. I get into the elevator and close the door immediately after.

I was walking on the board walk and it honestly felt great to not be surrounded. I went down onto the sand and sat down. It was a nice day, a little breezy/cold but it felt great. "Nikki ?" I hear behind me. I immediately turned around to see Myles. "Oh uhh hi Myles." I weakly smile. "Why are you distancing yourself from the group?" He questions sitting down next to me. "I uhh just feel different. Yesterday when I got a drink was a big mistake and I didn't even know what I did. This morning when I checked my phone Jake texted me saying I made you pissed off to the point where you wanted to leave and never do I ever want anyone leaving because of me. I don't want to be the cause of this stuff. This irritates me.I really hate how I am. I hate these feelings I have towards you Myles. I'm tired." I explain sighing at the end. "Nicole, you don't have to hate the feelings you have for me. Honestly I wish I did wait for you but I couldn't. I fount Tia and we automatically clicked. But honestly my feelings for you are still here. Nikki I care so much about you it hurts. It hurts seeing you like this. Which is why I want you to move on. I will always love you Nicole Hill. Just know I am still and always will be your best friend. Don't make this awkward anymore. Please." He begs. "I love you too Myles." I cry out hugging him. "Now let's get back to the hotel." He says pulling me up. "Uhm I'm actually going to stay here. It's so peaceful being alone. Let's me think." I chuckle. "Okay, just uhh have your phone on while you're here okay? I'm gonna head back now." I just nod and get comfy on the sand. "See yuh later Parrish." "Bye babygirl." I blush at the nickname and just smile and wave as he turns around and walks away. Now that's why I'm hooked on Myles. He makes me feel different, but I really do need to find someone new.

"Nicole Hill? Is that you?" I hear a mans voice from behind me. "Uhm yeah that's me. I'm sorry, but you are?" "Oh sorry I'm Jaxon, Jaxon Howden. We met out in the Bay like a year ago. You looked a lil familiar until your name clicked." He giggled. Boi was he fine. Pretty tall, facial hair and a septum piercing. wow. "So uhm what brings you here to LA?" He asks. "Visiting before my bestfriends go on tour. How bout you?" "I live out here in LA!" "Really? That's cool! Maybe when I visit again we can hang out more!" "Fosho. what's your number?" He questioned while handing me his phone. "So how long are you out here for?" He asked sitting down next to me. "Just a couple more days. Then I need to go home and pack for tour." "That's right, tour! Who's your bestfriends?" "You ever hear of the duo Kalin and Myles?" I ask. "Kalin? Kalin White?" I nod in response. "Haven't seen that guy in awhile."

After about another few hours of talking I decided it was getting pretty late and I should head back. The sun was already setting and I forgot to check my phone, to see everyone called and texted me but never came to look for me. Lazy bums. "Sorry Jaxon. It's getting pretty late, and I have to get back to my friends for dinner. We will totally do this again. It was a lot of fun!" I say collecting all of my belongings and getting up. "No problem! Yeah, I'll text you!" He says getting up too. "It was nice seeing you." I smile. I go in for a quick hug taking him by surprise. "Bye." I smile walking away.

"Why didn't you answer your phone!?" "Why are you coming back so late!?" "Are you hurt!?" Everyone was in mine and Kalin's room asking me stupid questions about my whereabouts. " No I'm not hurt. I forgot about my phone and lost track of time." I respond rolling my eyes a little. "What were you even doing?" Myles asks. "Oh well, do you remember that guy we met in the Bay a year ago? With the septum piercingm?" I ask. "Name." He responded. "Jaxon Howden." "Jaxon Howden!?" Kalin yells looking up and sitting up straight. "Uh huh. I saw him today, well he saw me. He actually remembered me after a year. But we were just talking until I came back here." I explain. "How do you know him Kalin?" Tyler adds. "I knew him before. Then we stopped talking when he moved out to LA." Kalin says looking back on his phone. "Maybe you can see him! Talk to him again! Can I invite him to dinner ?" I ask a little overly excited. Myles seemed annoyed about it but he literally told me to get over him right? I mean y'all already know I'm not over him. But I'm trying. "Yeah, do it!" Kalin says smiling. "Let's get ready then. Be down in an hour." Myles sighs and gets up to leave. It's like he doesn't want me to get over him but he tells me to anyway¿

I had all this shizz planned to end this book and it deleted. wth. but I'm almost done I swear. But seriously message me ideas for sequel !!

It is 11:36 pm and i am in my living room bc i found a bug crawling on me. Making me wide awake. I'm livid. Plus I can't sleep bc this living room is hecka scary to sleep alone in. LOL FML
