"Aphmau, are you sure this is a good idea?"
"Stop being such a worrywart, Katelyn. It'll be fine. We just announce the new society, have some more members join, then kick Garroth's stupid butt."
"I'm gonna have to agree with Katelyn, Aph. I mean, I know both demons and angels have been locked in their respective realms for a few thousand years, but that doesn't mean we're going to just hold hands and sing songs together."
Aphmau turned to look at Zane, giving him a sympathetic look. "Yeah, but it's not like we're all gonna drown in each other's blood and burn with each other's bones, Zane."
Zane shuddered. "Great. Now I'm gonna have that nightmare for a while." Lashing his tail, Zane lifted up into the air, and hovered for about ten minutes before falling. "So, Aphmau, I have a question."
"Yeah?" Aphmau asked as she dug through her closet. "What is it?"
"How are you planning on telling your subjects?" Zane asked, making a valid point.
"He has a point, Aphmau. You can't just think of something at the last second." Katelyn agreed.
"You mean I can't just... wing it?" Aphmau punned, making Zane and Katelyn groan simultaneously. "But no, I do have a plan. I'm going to get together all of the most trustworthy angels and tell them about the new society, and that I was on a sacred mission."
Katelyn sighed, and Zane pulled out his cupcake bag. Munching on the freshly-baked sweet, he mumbled, "And just-mmph-what do you-chomp-plan to call this-gulp-new society?"
Aphmau paused. "I don't know... I'll ask mother!"
"Wait!" Katelyn yelled, buy Aphmau was already gone.
In the throne room, Aphmau bowed down, wings splayed in submission.
A few seconds later, Irene's shimmering form appeared. Rushing forwards, the two shared a hug (cookie for the first person to draw some fanart and show me [>¤ω¤]>).
"Aphmau, I've heard you were forming a new society. Be careful who you invite. Not all angels have hearts of fire."
Aphmau sat down, and Irene joined her. "Does that mean you have some name ideas?"
Irene shook her head. "It's your society. It's up to you to think of a name."
"Oh." Aphmau said, engulfed in thought.
The society is meant to show that angels and demons can be friends-or, at the very least, frenemies.
The whole idea is to take those difficult first steps towards a brighter future...
Hmmm...
A brighter future? Like, brighter as in dawn? A... new dawn...
Aphmau snapped her fingers. "I got it!"
Irene nodded. "Also, before you go, do you think you could send in Prince Zane Ro'Meave? I need to speak with him, alone."
Aphmau paused, turned around, and nodded slowly. "Of course." She said, giving a slight bow before leaving the room.

Vylad and Michi slowly crept up to the door. Inside, they could hear the murmuring of many angels as they speculated the topic for the discussion.Michi nodded, and Vylad counted down from three on his claws. Slowly, they opened the door and waltzed right in.
As they made their way to the podium where Aphmau, Emmalyn, and Katelyn were waiting, they could just taste the awkwardness and feel several pairs of eyeballs boring into them like laser drills.
"Ahem." Aphmau said once Vylad and Michi were on the podium. She began her speech.
"All of you were summoned here today because of a very important thing." Pause. "Because each and everyone of you has proven to me that, without a doubt, I can trust you." Another pause. "You see, whatever story you've been told is most likely false. The reason I've been gone is because I was on a mission, a mission that the Great Angel herself wanted me to go on. A sacred mission to the Overworld." Aphmau paused, letting her words sink in. Emmalyn and Michi struggled to keep straight faces as Aphmau continued.
"And, as you can clearly see, I made some allies." Aphmau said, gesturing to Vylad and Michi. "The Great Angel herself said that the world is changing. That, in order for us to survive, demon and angel must form an alliance. You are the angels that I feel I can trust to uphold the beliefs and goals of the alliance-peace, truth, friendship, and goodwill." This time, when Aphmau paused for effect, a red-haired Silver GuardWing-prince Levin's guard, Nicole (various cheers and general applause)-raised her hand and spoke.
"With all due respect, princess, we all know how you do things without always thinking too much into it. Do you have a name for this alliance?"
Katelyn and Emmalyn both froze. Did Aphmau have a name?
Aphmau nodded. "Yes. It will be called the New Demon-Angel War Never Society, or New DAWNS for short." Done, she stepped back.
The room was silent. Nobody was sure what to do. That is, nobody was sure until Jeffory spoke up.
"I will be loyal to New DAWNS for as long as I am alive. Can anyone else say as much? Or are all of you too afraid of the unknown?"
That's when another angel stood up. It was Donna (loud cheers and moderate-level applause), a NurseWing. "I'm not afraid of the unknown. I'm glad to have the honor of being in New DAWNS."
Everyangel then stood up and pledged their allegiance, clapping and cheering.
Aphmau smiled. Garroth was now a dead man.
