Chris and I got into his car as Sophie and Vikk got into Vikk's car.

"Thanks for coming with." I gave a small smile to Chris. "Yea, it's no problem." He smiled back at me. God, I love his smile.
Wait what?

I leaned my head on the window as Chris drove down the road to our destination, Sophie and Vikk were going somewhere else so we can find more clues.

It made me nervous, anything can happen, especially when it's our mom.

Chris must've noticed my nervousness and placed his hand on top of mine, squeezing it. "Everything will be fine. I'll be there to protect you." I couldn't hide my blush when he said that.

I just wrapped our fingers together and looked out the window.

Soon after a while of driving we made it to an abandoned home. I shivered, it definitely wasn't welcoming.

Chris walked in front of me and I stayed extremely close, looking around.
"Well, let's go find those clues." I turned on the flashlight as we walked into the old abandoned home.

"Why would my mom come here?" I ask in confusion. "No idea." Chris mumbles. We looked around, when I noticed something on the wall.

'its the sun in your eyes'

I immediately knew that was something from mom.
"Chris I found something!" I called out, he walked towards me and read it. "What does that mean?"

"All of us were hunting together, we were around 8 or 9 something attacked us. We almost died, to this day we don't know what it was but she only told us it was the sun in our eyes." I remembered the memory.

He nodded, "Lets keep looking." I took a quick picture of the wall and we walked around.

"Is this something?" Chris pointed to something on a table.

'Running is no good'

I nodded, "It was just her and Allie, hunting and well Allie tried running and it almost got her killed." I chuckled.

"Your mom is confusing, what does this have to do with anything?" He sighs, "No idea."

We walked up the stairs and as we did a horrible aroma filled our nostrils.
"Jesus Christ what's that smell?!" Chris reeked, covering his nose. I wrinkled my nose also covering it.

I walked to a closet and that was where the smell was coming from, "Do I open it?" I ask Chris. He nodded and I did, a ghost flew out and I got knocked down and screamed as I saw the body.

"LUCY!" Chris reacted fast and opened the bag we had. The ghost had their hands around my neck, "Chris." I managed to get out, kicking my legs and trying to get the ghost off me.

Chris shot something at the ghost that made it let go of me and I rolled to the side and shot up running to Chris. Wasn't fast enough.

I fell as it grabbed my ankle and pulled me, "CHRIS HELP!" I cried out.

He reacted fast and shot the ghost like he did a couple minutes ago the ghost let go of me again and I quickly went to the bag grabbing the salt and matches, running back to the body pouring salt around it.

"Lucy hurry!" I heard Chris yell, I took a glance and saw him get flung into the wooden stair rail and it broke making him fall down the stairs.

With one strike I lit the match and threw it on the body.
"Run Luce!" Chris yelled. I grabbed the bag and ran down the broken steps and out the house with Chris.

I looked towards Chris and saw he had cuts and bruises, "Ouch, are you alright?" I ask sincerely. He nodded, "Yea, but your neck." I looked in my phone and saw it was purple and red. Looked like I had hardcore sex.

"I'm fine." In reality it hurt like a bitch. "You don't have to lie, it's ok." Chris told me as we walked back to the car.
I just shrugged and continued to walk.

Once in the car I opened the dashboard and grabbed the first aid kit. "Here. Look at me." He looked at me and I cleaned his cuts on his face. He hissed a little and I mumbled a sorry, putting bandaids over them.

I soon finished and he began to drive as I took care of my neck. That was the only thing really, other than a few bruises on my body.

I noticed Chris looked really uncomfortable and he didn't have his back on the seat. "You alright?" I ask him. "Yea, I'm good." But he was lieing.

"You don't have to lie, it's alright." I quote him. He just shrugged but winced a little after.

"Pull over."

"What?"

"Pull over."

Chris pulled over and I took off my seat belt getting out of the car, Chris doing the same. "Can you um, take your shirt off?" I ask awkwardly. He sighed and nodded and I gasped when I saw the cut. (But also cause he had a nice body but that's low-key)

It went from the middle of his left rib to the middle of his back.

"Oh my gosh Chris! Why didn't you say anything?" I ask him grabbing the first aid kit. "Didn't think it'd hurt that bad." He mumbles.

"You broke a stair case." I say starting to clean the cut. "I've done worse." He says, wincing.

After like 5 minutes I was done and we got back in the car continuing the drive back home.

"What the hell happened?!" Allie asks when she sees us. "Mom forgot to burn a body or whatever and we got attacked." I tell her.

"We could've died." Chris says. "Looks like you two had some hardcore sex really." Allie laughed. I slapped her arm. "Shut up."

"But here I'll text you the photos of her notes, I'm sleeping." She nodded.
"Same, do you wanna sleep in my room since its more comfortable?" Chris asks me. I blushed and nodded.

"Have fun love birds."

I flipped her off and we both walked up stairs to his room.

This day had been eventful.

Eh this seems like shit and it probably is :/
