This didn't go as we planned

Allie

"Allie! You aren't going to go and summon this guy! He's dangerous and wants to kill you, it's like a suicide mission!" Lucy scolded as I walked up the stairs to my room. Her and Sophie were trying to talk me out of summoning Lachlan, but I personally didn't care what they had to say.

"I'll be fine! I have Simon with me-"

"Oh, yeah, very reassuring" Sophie hissed sarcastically, "You literally trusting some guy who almost got himself killed"

"He's not that bad"

"What is with you two, are you like dating?" Lucy asks, "I mean, if you are it's fine, but a heads up would-"

"We're not dating" I shoot back, a little too angry.

"Why do you even keep talking to him. He straight up called me a bitch and a whore and kept cursing me out about something that wasn't even his own business!" Sophie growls as we walk into my room, I roll my eyes.

"At least he didn't tell me to disappear" I mumble, I meant to say it in my head, but that didn't work out. Sophie scoffed,

"Still on about that, are you?"

"For your information, yes! Yes I am. You know-"

"Guys. Guys! Shut it!" Lucy barges in, putting her hands out, "We don't need this again"

I just let out an exaggerated sigh and sit on my bed. Sophie leans up against the doorway with a pissed off look and a little too much attitude. She really angered me when she did that.

"Anyways, as I was saying, I don't think going out to summon Lachlan is a good idea and you shouldn't do it until we're ready"

"You don't control me. I'm doing it tomorrow and that is final" they didn't say anything after that, and that was probably because they knew it wouldn't back down, which was true. I was doing it tomorrow and that was final.

------------

I pulled out my phone and called Simon. It's been two days, still nothing on mom. I've gotten everything I need to summon Lachlan however, and that's what I was planning on doing today.

"Hey Allie... What's up?"

"Yeah, so I was thinking, maybe we could go and summon Lachlan today? I have a plan, and... Maybe we could go out for that drink later?"I cringed at the last part. It was no secret he had asked me on the date and I wasn't sure on how to feel about it. I liked him, yes, but I didn't want a relationship. I'd just end up hurting him.

"Uh... Sure"

"Good cause I'm like five minutes away from your house. I'll pick you up" I say before hanging up and throwing my phone to the passenger seat. I wasn't sure how I could remember where Simon's house is, I'd only been there like two times and one of the times it was raining and miserable out.

I knocked on the door when I got there and took out my phone. I was debating if I should text Sophie or Lucy and say that I was gone. No, I shouldn't. They know I was going today anyways.

Simon opened the door a few minutes after, "Alright let's go"

"Hello to you too"

He carried a couple knifes and a small bag which probably had salt or something in it. We got in the car and drove off.
