Who Knew That Would Happen At a McDonalds?

Vikk and I left the house and, and got into the car. Vikk is driving cuz, he offered to first. We waved goodbye to everyone. Everyone thinks we'll be only be gone for a few hours but, I think we'll be gone for a few days.

That's it, I think I connected the dots. I think it was Preston the whole time. Maybe Preston wants me to come back, that's why he kept saying all of these things to me. But damn, he really drove me fucking crazy. "Hey Vikk" I said

"Yeah?" He asked

"The voices, I think I connected the dots." He looked at me puzzled, "I think Preston is the one that is saying things to me, so, he could lead me to my grace."

"You might be right. What do the voices say to you exactly?" Vikk asks

"They keep saying, 'I have it' 'Come back to us' blah blah."

"At least we know who it is" he said

"Yeah" then we continued driving in silence. Why do I have to be so awkward around the guys I like? Maybe, he likes me back, maybe that's why he's not saying anything. I don't know, I'm probably over thinking things, there's no way he would like me.

We drove by some people who were playing some Pokemon Go thing. Apparently it's an app where you can capture virtual Pokemon. Oh, what has the youth come to?

"Weird Pokemon Go game" Vikk said

"Tell me about it"

There was more silence, "You know, it's weird how people can go from completely hating each other to being friends. Like, you and Simon" he said

"Yeah, I know. I honestly never thought that, that would happen" I said chuckling

"I honestly don't think anyone did" he said in reply

"How long have you known them? You know, they guys and stuff" I asked

"I'm not really sure, I've known them for a long time, I mean, I've known Harry longer out of all of them(I'm sorry, I just wanted a bit of WroetoStar XD)so, I'm not so sure"

I nodded, "How about Allie, when did she join your group of hunters?"

"About 6 or 7 months ago" I nodded

Then we just had a small conversation, spilling some of the secrets of the guys and girls. Apparently one of the guys caught Simon wanking on a swegway, and someone caught Ethan dancing to 'Drop It Like It's Hot' then shit his pants. Damn, these guys' stories are funny.

"Wow" I said laughing

"Yeah. We're pretty fucked up" he said

"Isn't everyone?" I asked, he laughed.

We stopped by a McDonalds for a bit food, since, we were both hungry. We went in and went up to the cashier, "Hello, what can I get for you today?" She asked

"Hi, I will get a number 1, with a large fries and a large drink" I said

"And I will get a number 2, also with a large drink and fries" Vikk said

The lady typed it in, "Will that be all?" We nodded, "That will be £25" Vikk handed her the money and we waited by the side for our food. I heard the door open, I looked up. A panicked look spread across my face, "Vikk. We have to go, now" I whispered to him

"Why?" I pointed towards the direction, "Lachlan" he whispered

"We need to go"

"No, he won't attack us when other people are around, if he notices us, we walk out of here and race to the car" I nodded

"He's probably fucking pissed" I said

"Number 1 and Number 2!" One of the employees yelled from behind the counter. Lachlan immediately looked around and we covered our faces, I could feel his cold stare focused on us. Once I knew he stopped staring I quickly got our food, walked out of the McDonalds, and bolted to the car.

"Hey!" We heard behind us. Vikk quickly unlocked the car and we got in straight away. Then when we got in and locked the car, we looked up, only to see a McDonalds employee with our large drinks. We sighed in relief, "You forgot your drinks" he said and he handed me our drinks.

We put them in the cup holders, "Thanks" I said

"Also, I'm sorry" he said

I gave him a puzzled look, "For what?"

"This" then all of a sudden Lachlan appeared. He punched me straight in the face before I could do anything, then I drifted off into darkness....

I saw Sophie's eyes close, I looked at her window. "Lachlan" I said

"Why, hello Vikky" he said, then he tried to get into the car by going through the window. I quickly closed all the windows and drove out of that parking spot real quick. I looked in the rear view mirror to see Lachlan trying to open the trunk and get in. Really bitch? I quickly backed up into him and drove over him a few times, then drove off.

I looked over at Sophie to see her still passed out, I don't think she'll wake up in a while.

I kept driving for about 10 minutes until I saw Sophie jolt awake, and hit her head on the glove compartments in front of her. "Ow" she said holding her head, "That doesn't help, my head hurts a lot as it is" she said

"No joke, you took quite a punch back there" I said

"What happened after I passed out?" She asked

"Lachlan tried getting into the car so, I closed all the windows. Then, he tried getting in through the trunk so, I backed up onto him then drove over him a few times." She laughed at that part, "Then, I drove off"

"Nice" he said chuckling. She got her burger out of the McDonalds paper bag and started eating, I was munching on the fries since, I'm driving.

She chuckled, "Who knew that would happen at a McDonalds?"

I chuckled too, "Yeah"

We arrived in the forest and we parked on one of the forest trails and we continued eating there. Once we were done, the sun started setting already. The sky was pink, red, orange, and yellow, "What a beautiful sunset" Sophie said in awe

"Yeah" then an idea came to mind, "You wanna build a fire? You know to warm up and watch the sunset" I asked

She smiled, "Sure!"
