Lauren.

I get out of work early and decide to call Camila to see what she is up to, but the phone continues to go straight to voicemail, after three attempts I decide to just leave it, and end up making my way towards the diner instead, I look through the window and see that Camila nor Dinah are at work, I guess Camila could be picking Harmony up from school? It is around that sort of time, but I always thought Dinah done that, and then brought her here.

I scroll through my contacts and bring up Dinah's number, I somehow managed to get it from her the other day when we were at my mums house, I'm not sure what made me get it off of her, but right now I'm glad that I did.

"Hey Lauser, what's up?" Dinah answers the phone.

"Must you call me that?" I roll my eyes.

"Yes I must, so what's up?"

"I was actually wondering if you knew where Camila was, she isn't answering any of my calls"

"She's probably passed out in bed, she was sick when she woke up this morning, I had to take Harmony to school today and pick her up, I'm in the park with her now" Dinah explains.

"Is she okay?" I ask feeling worried.

"I don't actually know to be honest, she just called me this morning, and asked me to take Harmony, but I haven't heard from her since"

"Okay thank you, I might get her some stuff and head over there" I tell her.

"Okay, she normally lives off of chicken noodle soup and cough syrup when she is sick, so just load her up on that stuff" Dinah chuckles down the phone.

"Thank you for the tip, you okay with Harmony?" I ask.

"Yeah we're good, I'll probably keep her with me until later tonight, so you can look after your girl"

I smile as Dinah calls her my girl, before thanking her and hanging up the phone.

I knock on Camila's door, with the soup and medicine in my hand and wait patiently for her to answer, after not getting a reply after a minute, I ring the doorbell, thinking maybe she never heard the knock if she is sleeping, it takes another thirty seconds before the door is swung up and Camila is standing there in sweats and a vest, her hair tied up in a very lose and messy bun, her eyes all swollen and red.

"Are you okay?" I ask, though it's clear she's not.

She just shakes her head and turns around, walking back into the house, leaving the door open for me to follow her.

"I called Dinah, she said you like chicken noodle soup" I say holding up the container.

She just nods and sits down on the sofa, pulling her quilt back up around her.

"I'll put it into a bowl for you again" I say and she just nods again.

I sigh and make my way into the kitchen.

When I reeneter the living room, Camila's head is against the back of the couch with her eyes closed, I lift up the quilt and sit down beside her, placing the bowl in her lap, she smiles softly at me before digging into her food.

"Thank you" She says half way through a mouthful.

"You're welcome, how are you feeling?"

"Like shit" She grumbles.

"Anything I can do?" I ask.

"Go home so I don't get you sick" She smiles up at me.

"Well that's not going to happen" I shake my head.
