I See You. (Camren)

Chapter Thirty Nine

Lauren. 

"Camz" I call after throwing out all of the empty boxes, having finally unpacked them all. 

"In here" I hear her call out. 

I slowly make my way down the hall, popping my head into our bedroom and then into the bathroom. 

"In here where?" I ask confused. 

"Harmony's room" She calls out again. 

I smile and open the door to our daughters room, smiling as I see my girlfriend laying on the floor with the big light switched off, and the spotlights switched on. 

"What are you doing?" I ask.

"Looking at the stars, come lay with me" She says patting the spot next to her. 

I chuckle lightly but walk further into the room, making sure to close the bedroom door behind me to block out any other light, I lay down beside Camila, smiling as she moves her hand over to mine and interlocks our fingers. 

"Why are you looking at the stars?" I ask turning my head to face her. 

"They're pretty" She says still staring at the ceiling. 

"They're not real Camz" I say softly. 

"Sssh yes they are" She squeezes my hand, I think it's her way of scolding me, I can't help but chuckle lightly. 

"Okay baby they're real" I smile. 

"Can you please put these in our room?" She asks. 

"I'm scared that if I do, I'll never get to see you" I chuckle. 

"You will if you lay with me" She smiles, turning her head to face. 

"I'll call Chris over next week to help me" 

"Yay" Camila grins leaning in and pecking my lips quickly, turning her head back towards the stars. 

"Could you put the constellations into our ceiling?" Camila thinks outloud. 

"Baby, we're smart but not that smart, the best you'll get is a saucepan" I laugh. 

"Ughh fine, write a message in the sky for me" Camila grins. 

"Hmm I'll think about it" I smile softly. 

I am so happy that Camila loves Harmony's bedroom, I have been so nervous about what her reaction was going to be all week, now I just have to hope that Harmony likes it, but seeing as she is exactly like her mother, she will probably freak out over it too, I honestly can't wait for her reaction, part of me wishes that Dinah was bringing Harmony back tonight, but of course Dinah wanted to steal her away because she claims she won't get to see her as much anymore, when we all know she's still going to see her everyday, because Harmony can't go a day without her strawberry milkshake, she says it's a tradition that she can't break, it's cute really. 

"Can we just sleep in here tonight?" Camila asks pulling me out of my thoughts. 

"If you don't mind sleeping on the floor" I chuckle turning my head to face her. 

"Well technically it's as long as you don't mind sleeping on the floor" Camila smiles turning to look at me. 

"How do you work that one out?" I ask furrowing my brows. 

"Because I'm probably going to crawl over like this" Camila says rolling onto her side, wrapping her leg over my waist and her arm across my stomach, her chin resting just below my shoulder. 

"And this is where I would sleep" She gives me a toothy smile, causing butterflies to flutter in my stomach. 

"Ah so I get the hard floor, and you get the comfy boob cushion?" I say and grin as she nods her head with a huge chesire grin.
