Chapter 9- Captain Cold

Felicity, Barry and I were walking through the park.

"Irs seems very nice and really pretty, like super pretty- you too Raven. Congratulations" Felicity said

"Iris isn't my girlfriend. She's just a friend, who actually has a boyfriend" Barry said

"She's our best friend too" I added 

"Oh. That's interesting. I guess" Felicity said

"What are you really doing here? I mean it's good to see you, but do you and the Arrow need something...?" Barry asked

"No. Should we, um, talk about this type of thing, um, in front of, um, Raven?" Felicity asked awkwardly

"She's trustworthy-" Barry started to say

"I better be" I scoffed

"She knows about me. She's like me too" Barry said

"Cool" Felicity said impressed.

"I came because I wanted to see you. I- heh I heard you're out of the coma. Didn't call. Didn't write. Didn't race over" Felicity said

"I wanna see it" Felicity said eagerly

"And by 'it' I mean your speed" Felicity flustered

"Look at the top of that building" Barry said, pointing 

Barry sped up to the top of the building and sped back down. He showed me and Felicity a picture.

"You took a picture of us?" Felicity asked in amazement

"Yeah. Don't Instagram that" Barry said as I used my powers to put out the flames on Barry's shoes

"Awesome"

"This is where our team monitors the police bands for activity" Barry explained as we walked into the cortex.

"We have our own satellite" I said proudly

"I know, I've hacked into it from time to time" Felicity said, taking a good look at the cortex

"Rude" Barry joked

Felicity met the team and Caitlin asked about how much we can trust Felicity on our 'operation'. Cisco kind of fangirled when he found out that Felicity works with the Arrow. Then Felicity fangirled when she met Wells. Then Barry decided to show off his powers even more, with the super treadmill. He clearly likes this girl. I'm not sure the full extent, but he likes her.

I got a text from Joe, telling me he would like my help as he and Eddie staked out the museum.

"I gotta go, my day job calls" I said before leaving Star Labs.

I found Joe's black SUV across the street from the museum. I got into the backseat of the car, at the worst time. Joe and Eddie were talking about the fact that Eddie and Iris are dating.

"I just don't want my personal relationship with your daughter to affect our working relationship" Eddie said, as I slid into the car.

"It's not about you, Eddie. It's about her. So as long as we don't talk about you and her, we will be cool" Joe said, almost not noticing I had gotten to the car.

"Maybe we should just listen to the radio" Eddie suggested

But when Eddie turned the radio on, When a man loves a woman came on. Eddie changed the station to Let;s get it on. Eddie turned off the radio

"Quiet is good" Eddie said.

Staking the museum had lead nowhere for a while. It wasn't until the curator called about a suspicious man going through the tour twice when things had changed. I had already left the car and went back to Star Labs when we got the call. Joe had called me as he went inside the museum.
