Fairy Tail: Black Blood [Book 2/2]

Chapter One: Six Years

     (A/N): This story from now on takes place six years after Etherious Blood. Also some couples are already cannon here because I absolutely cringe at writing romance so all that has happened already in the 6 year time gap... I may be a fangirl but I don't write that lovey-dovey crud!

     Natsu sat at the table, completely bored as his teammates and guildmates alike spoke amongst themselves. Lucy was giggling with Levy while reading the last book of the Tiger's Curse series; Gajeel was arm wrestling with Elfman; Lisanna was playing chess with Wendy while Mirajane tended to the bar with Laxus (he messed up big time on a job and had to work with Mirajane at the counter for a week); and Master just watched everyone with a bored expression. Natsu caught sight of Gray glaring at him for no apparent reason, he narrowed his eyes back at the devil slayer in retaliation. Gray widened his eyes then glared back at Natsu with more intensity, nobody else seemed to notice the tension between the two, even though the tension in the air was so thick you could cut it with a knife.

    Natsu suddenly jumped on the table top and pointed at Gray. "HEY YA PERVY POPCICLE! YOU GOT A PROBLEM?!" Natsu randomly shouted across the guild hall at Gray. Gray stood on the table with his clothes suddenly flying off, leaving him only in his boxers.

    "HELL YEAH I DO! I GOT A PROBLEM WITH YOUR FACE!"

    "YOU WANNA GO YOU ICE PRINCESS?!"

    "COME OVER HERE, FLAME FOR BRAINS AND FIGHT ME!"

     Natsu shot over at Gray and punched him square in the face, Gray head-budded Natsu and kneed his stomach, Natsu pushed Gray off the table and right in the middle of Gajeel's arm wrestling contest. Gray fell on top of Gajeel and Elfman started snickering. Gajeel went on the offensive almost immediately, grabbing Gray and throwing him at Elfman with brute force. Natsu broke down laughing and Gray scrambled back over to him to deliver an elbow across his face before turning back to glare at Gajeel.

    "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR, GAJEEL!?" Elfman boomed, sitting up.

    "Oops! Sorry, bud. But if a scrawny little bat appeared and I had the chance to whack you across the face with it, I couldn't resist!" Gajeel snorted

    "OH YEAH!?/ WHO THE HELL ARE YOU CALLIN' A BAT!?" Elfman and Gray shouted in unison and charged at the Iron Dragon Slayer. "YOU'RE DEAD, METAL HEAD!" Gajeel made a "come on" gesture with his fingers.

     Natsu shouted in anger as Elfman and Gray both went after Gajeel. Now he has nobody to fight with! Natsu jumped off the table and ran at the closest person to him, Bixlow, and punched him straight in the face. Bixlow recovered from the surprise and began fighting with Natsu. As the two boys began fighting, it wasn't long until the entire guild itself was dragged into it. Adults that were once drinking and laughing together started crashing their beer bottles over the heads of their comrades, tables flew as Guild members began fighting with each other. A group of kids and adults ducked behind the bar counter while the fighting erupted like an atomic bomb.

     "Is everyone okay?!" Lucy shouted over the fighting. Mirajane was there, Master was there, Lisanna was there, Auska was there, Bisca and Alzack were there, Kinana was there, so was Wendy and four other kids.

     The first kid was a six-year-old girl with ruffled black hair and light brown eyes. She wore a deep grey shirt and white jeans with decoration holes on the knees, she had three ear peircings on her left ear and wore black sandals. She wore a sour expression and sat next to a five-year-old boy with deep blue hair with black eyes, he wore a red tee-shirt and brown shorts along with blue shoes. The boy was covering his head with his hands, as if trying to make a make-shift helmet as the counter shuddered from the thrown objects and people. Besides the two was a little four-year-old girl with straight pink hair held back in a short ponytail, she wore a red blouse with pink sandals. She peeked over the counter recklessly at Natsu and Bixlow's fight, not seeming to care about the many times she was nearly struck by flying objects. An older boy with golden spikey hair sat besides her, he wore a black shirt, jean shorts and wore black sandals, a white circle pendant around his neck. He looked to be about six years old. He was desperately trying to drag the pink haired girl back under the shelter of the counter but she refused to move. Remira Redfox, Storm Fullbuster, Nashi and Taiyo Dragneel.
