Glaiza looked at Rhian with a wrinkled forehead who fiddled with her seatbelt and took her time to settle into a comfortable position. She seemed to be jumpy until the short hair took her hand and intertwined their fingers.

"I can't believe you're here." Glaiza said softly.

Feeling light-headed, her free hand trailed along the short hair's cheek, shifting a little closer so she could bury her face on her neck. "I can't believe I'm here." She murmured.

There's the sandalwood scent again that Glaiza loved to smell. She touched her lips on her forehead and she could not suppress a smile.

"I'm glad Jason allowed you to come with me." The short hair uttered with concern.

She moved back, gazing at her.

"Don't worry, I'll ask Chynna if the suite can have two beds." She added.

She grinned. "Why? Are you worried that I could not keep my pants on?"

She shook her head then grew serious rather. "I'm more worried if I could control myself, when I'm near you..." She bit her lip and shyly looked down.

"Glaiza..." She held her chin up to meet her gaze. "Let's not overthink and just enjoy this trip, shall we?"

Finally her big dark orbs meet hers as if scrutinizing them. "What happened, Rhian? Why did you have to avoid me the past few days?"

"Glaiza..."

She shook her head. "I know, you just said not to overthink but...I couldn't help it."

She sighed. "Long story..."

She smirked. "We have four hours, you know."

As the captain announced to his crew that they are ready for take off, she also began calling all the saints to guide her how she could explain herself to Glaiza.

Realizing that they still have their fingers intertwined, she gently squeezed the short hair's hand. "Jason was waiting for me when I arrived home last Friday. He was so furious when I told him I was with you." She hesitated but the tender rubbing of the short hair's thumb to her hand made her continue. "Seeing the man who had been there for me...hurt and vulnerable because of me...was killing me." She felt a tear fell on her cheek so she quickly dried it. "I loathed myself and I swear the moment he left...I needed someone to comfort me and to tell me that 'everything will be okay', and I had only thought one person...YOU!" The short hair gazed at her. "But how could I, when you were the reason why I got myself twisted in all forms."

"Rhian..."

She looked down. "When you came over to my office yesterday, I was still feeling chaotic, I admit. And watching you leave with those sad eyes, killed me more a hundred times, you have no idea!" Her voice trembled but she continued. "These feelings juggling in my head made me ask myself...should I settle with the right love someone willingly offered to me? Or should I choose the true love I had been waiting for a quarter of my life?" She shifted to her right and stared at those amazing big brown eyes as if looking to her own soul. "That's why I am here...because if the love is true, then it can never be wrong..."

The short hair blinked a few times. "I could have kissed you right now."

She arched an eyebrow and grinned. "And that is stopping you because?"
