If there is one home that you want to feature in a magazine, this 1-hectare house of the Galuras which is located in an exclusive subdivision in Valenzuela City, will surely be in your top priority. The main door of the house is an artwork in itself, how the letters C and G as their door handle were molded intricately. The predominantly brown and green color scheme of the stylish living space creates an earthy and fresh atmosphere that evokes a sense of nature and magical feeling as you stare at those hanging lights in varying heights.

Rhian's thoughts thus preoccupied, she failed to hear the door open from the dining room, the footsteps approached until she felt a pair of hands covering her eyes. She smiled, caressing at those soft fingers, her nose brushing against the delicate skin of a wrist, breathing in the scent. She turned around and clung her arms to the short hair's shoulders. "I'm in love with your home as much as I'm in love with you." She murmured.

The short hair arched an eyebrow. "Do I have to worry that the amount of love you have for my parents' home is just the same amount you have for your girlfriend?"

Rhian couldn't stifle a laugh and rumpled Glaiza's hair. "This is also your home, silly!"

The short hair rolled her eyes. "Technically, this is my parents', they're rich, not I."

Her smile widened. "I didn't know you would still be jealous over a house, come on, it hadn't even stood a chance!"

The short hair hissed. "You're inconsistent cause you just said ear -" Glaiza was unable to finish what she was about to say when she landed her lips against the short hair's.

"You talk too much, don't you?" She slowly reached for Glaiza's hand as their fingers intertwined. "I'm in love with you. Period."

Glaiza pulled her close, searching her eyes to make sure she spoke the truth and finally flashed a white smile. "I know!" Then she winked.

They stood a moment and then Glaiza wrapped her arms around her neck and hugged her tight, until a sudden rap pierced through the silence between.

"You may continue the cuddling after we have dinner, shall we?" The short hair's father said after he cleared his throat. "Your mom will follow." He added and dissipated through the dining room.

Rhian's hand's rose to her burning cheeks which made the short hair laugh.
They soon followed the short hair's father and he beckoned the seats on his right.

"Well as you can see, they loathed hunger." Glaiza gestured to the food spilling across the long table.

"We only want the best for our first-born, besides, of all the women I've heard you're in a relationship with..Rhian's the first person you've ever brought home." A woman the same age as her mom stepped in and gave her a peck on her cheek. "You're always welcome here, darling. Next time, bring your parents with you, okay?"

Rhian nodded while she fiddled on her hair. "Thank you, Tita." She cleared her throat. "But I...I really want to apologize for what my mom had said and done to you and to Glaiza." She knew she just had to take a deep breath and let it all out.

Glaiza's parents looked at each other momentarily then both laughed. Then she gave in to the crimping of her eyebrows.

"Sorry darling, it's just that we had already got used to your mom's attitude, no offense meant." Cristy remarked. "She's always like that, you know. At first she would be against everybody, then after, she would eventually realized there's nothing she could do about it." She added while she poured her husband some wine.
