Apparently we are about a five hour drive away from London. So I was just informed that the would be sending me there via helicopter. I became really nervous when the doctor told me that. Usually those are only used in super emergencies, but she explained to me that they needed to pick up some supplies there anyways. She also said it would be safer. I'm not quite sure what she meant by that, but I won't complain. A five hour drive in an ambulance with strangers wasn't really up my alley.

"Hey, how are you feeling now?" Ellie says as she enters the room I'm temporarily occupying, with my bags in hand.

"The same, if not worse. Thanks for getting my bags." I say as I grab my big sweater. This hospital is strangely cold for the middle of July. Maybe it's just me actually.

"Well I got you a smoothie! I checked with your doctor and she said it was perfectly fine! So drink up, I forgot you didn't have breakfast so you must be starving." She says extremely energetically. She's has as much energy as a four year old who just ate fifty candy bars. But her positivity is really uplifting. I thank her for the drink and she sits down in her original seat.

"Your doctor just told me you're leaving in twenty minutes." She says quietly. I feel the mood of the room flick like a light switch.

"Oh. Really? That's really soon. I doesn't feel like I've been here that long." I reply honestly. The whole time she was gone, I just thought about what would happen to me. I don't know much about cancer, and the effects and such. Let alone, how it's treated. I know the basics obviously, but it just sunk in a few minutes ago what I will be going through. A quiet knock appears at the door.

"Come in" I say loud enough for whoever is there to hear. My doctor re appears in the room.

"Hi Alyssa. We are ready for you now. All your stuff is here right?" She asks while she looks around the room.

"Yes it is." I reply. I look over at Ellie, and she seems quite upset.

"Alright well you can meet me out in the hallway." She says with a heartwarming smile. She exits the room and the door clicks shut.

I go to get up and Ellie engulfs me in a hug. We haven't lived together for long, but she feels like the sister I've never had. But at the same time, she takes over the role my mother would have had. We have grown so close in such a short time. It's going to be hard to just leave. But it is what is best for my health. I recently realized that this could be fatal, but I really don't want to think about that.

She let's go of the hug and helps me into my wheelchair and I grab my bags and put them on my lap.

(A/N) IM SO SORRY! This is terrible and I don't have time to check it over so I apologize.
