The parents of the participants waited patiently for their children to return.
Even Jonah's aunt and uncle waited.
The participants started walking out of the plane and rushed to hug their parents.
They were all happy.
Jonah's aunt and uncle realized that Jonah wasn't on the plane.
They started panicking.
They wanted their little servant.
They wanted to make sure that he was still alive because he deserved to suffer.
He was their responsibility and they needed to make sure he was alright.
They cared, but too little.
They loved, but too little.
What they did the most was hate him and make him suffer.
Jonah's aunt and uncle saw some parents complaining about their daughter not being on the plane.
"Your daughter won't be coming back. Our nephew probably killed her like he killed his parents." Jonah's aunt said.
"What!? You're insane." Aria's mom shouted.
"She's only saying the truth." Jonah's uncle supported his wife.
"Don't listen to them. They're just fooling with our minds. We'll find Aria. The plane will go back to Alaska to see whether they are still there tomorrow. Don't worry." Aria's dad told his wife while hugging her.
"Thank you" Aria's mom said quietly.
Things were still a bit awkward between Aria's parents. Their arguments had died down after Aria went to Alaska. They seemed to need each other. Maybe this incident would bring them closer and they would finally understand that family comes first.
Jonah's aunt and uncle had been mentally sick since Jonah's parents died. They kept getting worse and worse. Their thoughts always revolved around Jonah and how stupid he was or how crazy he was. Jonah never did anything about it though. Maybe he didn't realize that they were crazy or he just wanted some guardians around him so that he didn't feel lonely. One thing is for sure, this incident would not change anything between them for the better. However, it may make it get worse.
