As soon as we set a foot in the museum Ross runs around, making sure he takes a snap of everything around here with his high quality camera.

''Look at this photo!'' He exclaims to me. ''I was going to save up for a scientific telescope but I'd rather a camera'' And I just smile, nodding slowly.

It felt like he was more interested in the statues and paintings, than he was interested in me. It made me feel a bit stupid really.

''I remember learning about this, the ancient Romans were genuinses!'' He says, looking around the glass box, wanting to see every angle of this machinery that fasinated him.

''What do you think of this date so far?'' He says, emphasising on ''date''

''It's great'' I say. If I'm here I might as well be here and have something good come out of it, make Ross feel good about himself.

''I told you it would be! There's loads more upstairs, can't wait to show you'' He says, clapping his hands together, leading me to the stairs.

''There's a lift right there'' I say, pointing at the one to the right.

''I know but let's not be lazy, yeah?'' He says, half smiling. I'm not sure whether he was joking or not so I just smile back, walking up the spiral of stairs that don't seem to end.

''I'll show you my favourite one!'' He stumbles across to a statue ''This one!'' He drags out his words.

''Yeah, that's lovely'' I quitely say, checking my watch. It's already 6:30. If I want to get home, get dressed into something ''nice'', and make it to Harry we need to get going now.

''I'm quite hungry'' I state, hoping he'd get the idea.

''Oh okay, we'll go now'' He says, sounding dissapointed. Finally.

''How's it going?;)'' Megan texts me.

''Great. Just great.'' I reply.

''Oh dear, I'm guessing it's not going so well is it?'' She assumes.

''I have to go now, tell you details later'' I text her before putting my phone back into my purse, the car stops at a big building made out of marble.

As you walk in, you see the maroon soft carpet covering the floor and the big lanterns of light. The cieling was full of  angel paintings and patterns, it was beautiful.

''Do you like it?'' He asks, satisfied with my startled reaction.

''Love it'' I reply, still looking around.

''Table for two please'' Ross says to the man at the stand.

''Zis way'' He says, a strong italian accent, leading us to a table in the corner. ''And here iz ze menu'' He hands over. I try not to laugh at this man's accent, It's just too damn funny.

Part of me tries to convince myself not to eat so much for later, but I'm starving.

''Er, pizza?'' I ask and Ross gives me an unstatisfied look. I don't like trying new foods, it's just too risky so I'd rather stick to what I like.

''Hey! It's an Italian resteraunt'' I defend. ''And pizza is italian''

''Fair enough'' He shrugs, still scanning through his menu. He stops his finger at one of the options. ''Might get Bistecca alla fiorentina'' He says casually.

''That was a really good pronounciation'' I compliment.

''Thanks, I took italian in the whole of high school''
