[Alexis' P.O.V]

I get to the house and the cars weren't there. Harry's parents are probably not home, Gemma's probably out as well. I take this as an opportunity to talk to him and let out everything on my chest right now. The anticipation was killing me as I ring the door bell.

''A-Alexis?'' His eyes widen and clear surprise was in his voice.

''Hi,'' I say pathetically. I haven't talked to him in weeks and here I am, saying hi. The joy in his eyes made me break down into tears. ''i'm so sorry.''

''You haven't done anything.'' He wipes the tear that spills out of my eye.

''You're too nice. What do you mean I haven't done anything?'' I shake my head. ''First, it was the dates.'' I bring back the awful memory. ''Then storming off on you that night not letting you explain, and then not trusting you and hurting your feelings.''

Harry runs his hand through his hair but doesn't deny my words. Instead, he puts his arms out.

''Come here,'' His voice shaky. I walk over to him and he pulls me into a long, safe hug. It was a hug that made me feel like everything was okay. Nothing was going to harm me whilst being in his arms, not even him. We pull away and he smiles at me weakly.

''I understand why you'd think that,'' He nods. ''why you'd think I'd play you like that. She was throwing herself all over me and the rumours going around about me at school didn't help me either.'' Harry was being understanding, he wasn't jumping to conclusions, like I do.

''You must've felt terrible that day.'' I remind him of the day I told him to leave at the clothes rack. I sniffle and he looks through his pockets, taking out a tissue and handing it over to me.

''I did,'' He admits. ''but like I said, you didn't trust me, and it wouldn't have worked anyway.''

''What made you come here?'' He finally asks, opening the door, signaling for me to walk in.

''Well,'' I walk into the living room. ''Ross told me he was there, and that sort of took away the last bit of doubt I had.'' And I would've came to you sooner or later, my subconscious adds.

''He actually did?'' Harry raises his eyebrows and rubs his temple.

''Why? Did he say he would?'' I question and he nods.

''Isn't it weird how he used to hate us, and now he's helping us?'' Harry's voice was a bit more confident then it was a few minutes ago.

''It is,'' I never actually thought about Ross' behaviour. ''but I don't care right now.'' I smile and he smiles back, his teeth on show.

''God, I've missed your smile.'' His words send shivers down my spine.

''So have I.'' I shuffle closer to him and burry my head in his neck, his large muscular arms around my body. We lay there in silence, making up for the time we haven't been together. Just hearing eachothers steady breathing. He finally sits up.

''How's your art going?'' Harry starts a conversation.

''Great.'' I smile. ''I got accepted for job  at a fashion designing place further down the city.''

''That's amazing,'' He coughs a little before continuing.''I see your drawings, impressive.''

''I see your voice recordings, impressive as well.'' I smirk and his eyes widen.

''When did you hear them?'' He fixes his eyes on mine in horror.

''Like months ago, when you left your phone in my room, you never told me you could sing?'' I poke his dimple and he rolls his eyes, the smile still on his lips.

''Nobody would care though, since Ross is like Einstein.'' He shakes his head.

''I definitely care, loads of people care.'' I try to reassure him and he looks up at me, his eyes smiling slightly.

''That teacher still thinks I'm related to Mick Jagger, by the way.'' He changes the subject and tilts his head up in laughter. ''I was joking, I told him I was joking!''

I was glad he changed the subject, the whole idea of him bringing himself down didn't really satisfy me. He underrates himself all the time.

''Oh gosh!'' I join him. ''I sometimes wonder how he became a teacher, he can't even explain things and has a memory span of a goldfish.''

''Tell me about it.'' He agrees.

[Ross' P.O.V]

''Why don't you talk to me anymore?'' Mai snaps, she was out of breath after trying to catch up with me down the walk.

''I do, I've just been so busy lately..'' I fumble with my words.

''With Molly?'' She interrupts and crosses her arms. Her breathing was still heavy and her eyes fuming with annoyance.

''No,'' I lie. ''that novel essay sir gave us is taking me forever.''

''Oh so that novel essay is making you busy in your free time as well?'' She laughs a pityful laugh. ''It's almost like as soon as the plan went well, you suddenly don't need me anymore. Wait, let me correct myself, ever since you found another ''friend'' you don't need me anymore.'' Her words were harsh but she talked passionately, as if it had been on her mind for so long.

''Why do you think I'm using you?'' I decide to ignore her question about the essay.

''Didn't I just tell you?'' She asks rudely. She could be such a sweet and caring person, but once you get on the wrong side of her, you're no longer safe.

''I'm just happy I found someone,'' I start. ''I haven't felt like this for a very long time.''

She bites her lip and tries to smile slightly, but her eyes were still angry. Her actions almost seemed..envious. Why would she be envious anyway? She never liked me in that way. Mai stays silent but continues to walk with me. I decide to keep my mouth shut about what I told Alexis.

''Would it be okay to tell me what happened with you and Zayn?'' My question takes her by surprise.

''Well, it's been a while so it'd be okay I guess,'' She reassures. ''we weren't technically together, but everyone thought we were since we were so close. I saw him try to make a move on some girl in the club, so I got jealous.'' She starts and I nod, signaling for her to continue. ''I danced with a guy, and he sort of just..came in.'' I can't help but think about how similar this story was to the night of the party.

''Oh.'' Is all I could seem to say.

''Yeah, so now everyone thinks I cheated on him. Zayn even convinced himself.'' She shakes her head. ''I'm just not lucky with guys am I?'' She looks at me and quickly looks away.

''Don't say that, I used to think that until..'' I mentally smack myself across the face. This isn't helping.

''Until what?''

''Nothing. I don't know why I keep rambling on.'' I try to laugh it off.

''Until you met Molly?'' She watches my face carefully.

''You'll find someone.'' I repeat Alexis' same exact words to me that night. I felt awkward and bad for her, in a way.
