Charles' POV
"I want to thank her for saving you and for being the best sister in the world. I wouldn't be so lucky to have met you if it wasn't for her" pagkarinig ko palang sa sinabi niya ay agad na akong tumayo saka siya hinila papalapit sa akin, keeping her close and closer.
"W-what's wrong? Ba't ka tumayo nang biglaan?" tanong niya kaya naman napailing na ako saka hinawakan ang pisngi niya
"I feel so lucky to have met you too, Seph. Thank you," sagot ko dahilan kung bakit siya napangiti
Nagkatitigan naman kami ng ilang minuto kaya naman hindi ko na napigilan at tinanong na siya.
"Can I kiss you?" tanong ko dahilan kung bakit siya namula ulit
"Shameles--" hindi ko na siya pinatapos at agad nang inilagay ang kanang kamay ko sa likod ng ulo niya't inilapit sa akin habang ang kaliwang kamay ko nama'y ipinanghawak ko sa waist niya't hinila siya papalapit
When she closed her eyes, I also closed my eyes. With swift movements, I pulled the girl I love into my embrace and covered her lips with a gentle kiss. When our lips met, no one moved. Why? It felt like time stopped just for me, for us.
Everything seemed perfect, everything was just perfect.
Just when I thought everything was perfect, napalayo na kaming dalawa ng biglang may pumasok sa room ko. Pagkakita ko palang sa pumasok ay ninerbyos ako kaagad at natakot. The one who came in was-- mom.

Sephine's POV
Fck. Charles' mom, the President of the school, Royal Academy's very own Viola Begley.
Nanatili lang ang mga mata ko sa marbled floor ng room ni Charles at hindi na pinigilan si Charles sa paghawak sa kamay ko ng mahigpit.
It's like we were caught red-handed or something.
"And here I thought you were really having a hard time at the party. I never expected that you'd actually have some company" pagkarinig ko sa sinabi ng mom ni Charles ay napakagat na ako ng labi niya
"The host of the party is not present, so I asked the maids to fetch him. Just when they headed to your room, your friends told them to give you time. More families came to start a conversation, so of course, I had to come and fetch you. Do you think this is the time to get intimate with someone?" tanong niya kaya naman humigpit ang pagkakahawak sa akin ni Charles
"Mom, this is--"
"I'm very well informed of who this lady is, Charles. What is happening here?"
Nang maramdaman ko ang mga mata ni Charles na nakatingin sa akin ay nagdalawang isip ako bago itinaas ang mga mata ko't tinignan din siya.
Nginitian niya ako kaya naman nabigla ako.
"You go ahead first, I'll follow you later" bulong niya't hinila na ako papunta sa may pintuan
Nilampasan namin ang mom niya't binukan niya ang pinto.
"But--"
"Shh. Be a good girl. I'll look for you, okay?" tanong niya kaya naman tumango nalang ako't tumingin na sa mom niya
Nag-bow na ako't tuluyan nang lumabas ng kwarto ni Charles.
Nang marinig ko ang pagkasara ng pinto ay napatulala ako sa hangin. Fck. That was so.. nerve wrecking. I never expected for his mom and me to meet that way.
Ano nanaman ba 'tong napasukan ko?

Charles' POV
Pagkasarado ko palang nang pinto ay huminga na ako ng malalim saka tinignan si mom.
Casually sitting at my sofa, she took a glass of water and drank from it seemingly calming herself from what just happened.
Nang matapos siyang uminom ay tumahimik siya ng ilang segundo't bigla nalang tumawa.
"Oh my god, Charles. So this is why you were acting so nonchalant earlier? Sa dinami dami ng ipinakilala sayong mga young mistresses, you were acting like a gentleman but everyone could see that you were uninterested" hindi ako nagsalita at nanatili lang na nakatayo sa tabi niya
"Seeing what just transpired earlier, does this mean that a nerd from an ordinary background is better compared to those young misses from wealthy families?" pagkarinig ko palang non ay nandilim na ang paningin ko't tumingin na sakanya at sasagot na sana pero hindi ko inaasahan na nakangiti siya
Hah? What does this mean? She wasn't angry? She wasn't insulting Sephine?
"Do you like her Charles?" tanong ni mom kaya naman natigilan ako sandali
"N-no mom" sagot ko
"You better know her first. Three months palang siya dito."
I remained silent and thought for awhile.
When I remembered how she cried for me earlier, a smile appeared on my lips but it immediately disappeared creating a horizontal line in exchange.
"I don't like her mom and that's because I love her already. Alam ko pong hindi ko pa po siya gaanong kakilala pero I can tell that I can trust her, that I can give her my heart. Hindi po talaga mapipigilan ang pusong magmahal. She understands me well, she influences me to become better, she comforts me when I'm down, she cries for me and most of all, she makes me happy" pagkasabi ko non ay nabigla si mom
"Charles, you--"
"Mom, I love her. If you compare this nerd with an ordinary background to those young mistresses from wealthy families, then I suggest you better know her first. After all, tulad ng sabi mo, three months palang siya dito" panggagaya ko sa sinabi niya sa akin at agad nang tumakbo para hanapin si Sephine

Viola's POV (Charles' mom)
Pagkasara palang nang pinto ay hinarap ko na ang phone ko sa akin at hindi na napigilan humalakhak.
"This kid. Hahah. I'm so proud of you, Charles. Kahit papaano pala naging mature ka rin. Hindi naman ako umaangal eh. Boto pa nga ako sa kanya. If you just knew who she really is, son. I think you will never ever let go of her"
"Dear, you laugh too much. Are you that happy for Charles?" tanong ng asawa ko na si Kyros na sa kasalukuyan ay kausap ko sa phone
I called him the moment Sephine went out of the room, so of course, he heard everything. Like EVERY SINGLE THING --- Charles' Confession.
Nang maalala ko ang confession ni Charles kanina ay napabugtong hininga na ako. *sigh
"They grow so fast, dear"
"I know, right? My son really takes after me. He actually chose her" sabi ni Kyros kaya naman agad ulit natawa't napaisip ng napakagandang ideya
"Should we make a proposal of marriage to the Falcons?"
