Sephine's POV
"So.. did he call you already?" tanong ni Venus kaya naman tumango na ako saka ngumiti
"Good. I can already imagine his gloomy face and Ken's silent treatment to come if they still haven't heard from any of us. Hays, everyone's being so fuzzy today. Ano bang problema kung gagamitin natin ang meeting room? It's obviously for meetings, right?" tanong niya't halatang humingi nang malalim kaya naman napangiti nalang lahat ng magpipinsan
Nang tumahimik sila ng ilang minuto ay agad na akong nagsalita.
"There is said to be a rumor about the Falcon cousins last year. May naglakas loob na awayin ang isa sakanila na kung saan ay dumating sa puntong nagkasakitan at dahil dun ay nagkaroon ng pagpupulong ang Falcon cousins. They will have a meeting on how to handle the situation and every time they do the said meeting.. Something big is expected to happen" page-explain ko at habang nage-explain ako ay talagang tinitignan ko silang lahat, isa isa
Nang ngumiti lang sila ng painosente ay agad na akong natawa.
I've heard of the rumors before and I didn't know whether it was real or not. But looking at their faces now, I'm certain for sure.
"You guys spread the rumor, didn't you?" tanong ko dahilan kung bakit sila nagkatinginan at sabay na nagtawanan
"Hahahaha. It's been spreading like crazy. I'm afraid my position's going to be questioned if a teacher heard the rumor. But who cares?" sagot ni Violet saka niya ako tinignan kaya naman natawa nalang din ako
"Because it wasn't real, right?" tanong ko kaya naman agad siyang tumango
"A senior pushed me from the stage. It was during an award ceremony, so obviously everyone saw it. That senior eventually helped me and even apologized. She was a pure white lotus btch trying to seek attention" sagot ni Violet kaya naman kumunot ang noo ko
"Last year, February, wasn't it? 'Yun ang dahilan kung bakit hindi ka nakapunta sa birthday ni dad" sagot ko kaya naman tumango siya
"That time, someone was recording a video of me receiving the award, it caught senior's obvious but clever act of pushing me from a 5 feet stage. That someone posted the video. Hindi pa nagiisang araw ang naging viral ang video at nagkaroon ng commotion sa school. That time, I didn't want to stay at my room because I was having insomnia. So instead, I went to the meeting room to proceed on studying and preparing for the elections for Student Council" sagot niya kaya naman tumango na ako kaagad para ipaalam na ina-acknowledge ko lahat ng sinasabi niya
"Habang nagpre-prepare ako for elections, the others came to the meeting room to encourage me to talk to senior because she was traumatized because of the bashing from the students. After encouraging me, we all went out of the meeting room and met up with senior. Coincidentally, after our meeting, she got caught up in an accident and was sent back home. When she returned, she turned into a new leaf. Obviously, because the rumors were still circulating now, it means that everyone understood the coincidence as: it was the revenge of the Falcon cousins. Because of that, ever since then, we never used this meeting room"
Napanganga ako kaagad. Who knew that such a rumor actually had such a story?
It was all fate.
"But of course, we can make this rumor real now. It's not too late to show everyone what the Falcon family's power and prestige means" sagot naman ni Violet saka siya tumayo dahilan kung bakit din tumayo sila Mandy at Icy
The three of them are the seniors in our group, the first eldest to the third eldest in order: Violet, Mandy and Icy.
Nang makita ko palang ang napakalamig at napakaseryosong mga ekspresyon ng mga mukha nila ay agad na akong napangiti.
"We are the Falcons," sagot ko dahilan kung bakit sila napatingin sa akin
When I saw different kinds of emotions in their eyes: sympathy, empathy, guilt, anger, frustration.. And bloodlust.. I immediately became serious.
It's time for the real meeting to start. The meeting between full-blooded Falcons.
"We will not take actions through the school but as a part of the Falcon family," sabi ni Icy kaya naman kumunot ang noo ko
"This will never hurt me or my pride, this will never be brought up to our residences and this is not enough reason for you to hurt yourselves in the process. Bring the USB to the superiors and let them decide for those bullies' retribution" seryoso kong sabi dahilan kung bakit ngumiti si Violet
"We do have the USB as evidence, but do you think this issue will be done once they were punished?" tanong niya kaya naman umiling ako kaagad
"I'm aware that the higher ups knows who I am which is why I'm planning to seek for an audience with them" sagot ko dahilan kung bakit natawa si Mandy
"You want to negotiate? Negotiate what?" tanong ni Mandy kaya naman napaisip ako ng ilang saglit bago sumagot
"To keep the victims' information confidential" sagot ko kaya naman napataas ang kilay niya
"All the students in Royal Academy are also from families with either high social status or class. The incident is enough to bring shame to their families, and when their families' are informed of the situation, they will obviously come forth to the school to ask questions" sagot niya kaya naman sasagot na sana ako pero agad nang nagsalita si Violet
"And when they find out that the victim was a mere exchange 'nerd' students. What do you think will happen?" hindi na ako sumagot
Tsk. Kahit kailan talaga. Hindi talaga ako mananalo sakanila during debates.
"Whatever. I already told you before that, you shall never harm anyone who dared to hurt and already hurt me unless it already reached your bottom line," sabi ko dahilan kung bakit ngumisi si Venus
"You mean if its below their bottom line, it's okay to hurt those bullies?" tanong naman ni Ynna kaya naman tumango na ako kaagad
"Either way, I'm not going to let this incident bring shame upon both schools and I definitely do not want to implicate the Falcon family's reputation. So.." hindi ko man itinuloy ang sasabihin ko ay agad na nilang naintindihan sa tingin palang ng mga mata niya
Tumahimik muna ng ilang segundo bago tuluyang nagsalita si Violet.
"This meeting is finished" sagot ni Violet saka siya naunang lumabas at agad namang sumunod sila Mandy at Icy
Nang hindi na namin makita ang mga likuran nila ay agad na akong bumugtong hininga.
"This is frustrating. Bakit ba gustong gusto nila akong pagtulungan every time that we're doing debates or meetings?" tanong ko dahilan kung bakit natawa sila Venus at Ynna
Ynna's fixing the chairs in the meeting room while Venus was preparing my medicine.
"They care for you, is that reason not enough?" patanong na sagot ni Venus kaya naman napabugtong hininga nalang ako ulit.
"Caring is okay and all but.. I'm afraid someone's hand's going to swell tonight" bulong ko
"We heard you. Do you want to make a bet? Is it Mandy, Icy or.. Violet? Obviously they're going to the bullies to give a slap or two" sagot ni Ynna kaya naman natawa nalang ako
