The prince opened the door in annoyance.
"Who's-" Natsume cut himself off.
Standing behind the door, was a monster. Its voice was worthy of its body. It had the head of a eel, and its body was a fat, pile of greenish goo.
"Mor.gi..ana.." From the side of its body, a slimy arm emerged. "Come..to.." The eel monster -I had decided- slid its way across the room, heading towards me. And I wont lie when I say it was the worst smelling thing you can ever imagine.
""Morgi-!" The prince yelled as he fell to the ground and fainted.
"Prince Natsume!" I yelped, covering my nose. The prince lie helplessly as the eel monster avoided him and made its was towards me.
"No! Stay away!" I screamed and tried to run out the door. The monster, who I had taken for a slow being, side-stepped and I ran into it.
This was probably the most horrid thing I had ever experienced. The goo seeped into my clothes and hair, and a little into my mouth. It enveloped me, until I could breath no longer.
"Help!" I managed to squeal as I slipped into unconsciousness.
Not again! I thought.
Am I going to die? Mind raced with the possibility.
Death? Am I going to join..my family..?
I thought that when I finally had to face death, I wouldn't be scared, because at that time, I would be ready for it.
But I was scared. I could hear my heart beat rapidly increasing, bounding out of my chest.
Mor!
I heard the childs voice again. It sounded happy this time.
Morgiana!
How did it know my name too..? I hadn't shared it..
I remembered the face of the little boy who had been laughing at the water whole. How he laughed and winked at me. Maybe.. was it him?
~Moooor~
What? What did he want? Why was he calling my name like this..?
I wanted to yell out to him, but I couldn't move. I was in darkness, darkness for miles.
Darkness..
"Mor!"
I snapped open my eyes. I frantically searched the area. My eyes adjusted to the sunlight, and I found myself in front of the dungeon staircase.
"What..?" I whipped around, to look for the eel monster, but it was no where in sight.
I got up and tried my best to wipe the green slim of off my night gown. I looked up at the dungeon. Now was my chance.
I wanted a genie,
I thought to myself again.
I wanted to bring my family, my siblings back into this world. I was lonely..
"Are you really, that lonely?" Asked the voice.
My eyes widened in surprise. He said something more than, 'mor,' or, 'run!'.
"..yes.. I am lonely," I said aloud. "I want my family back! I want my brother, and cousin back!" I yelled up at the tower. I wiped a tear that was slowly forming in my eye, and started walking away.
"Hmm..." Whispered the voice. "I don't believe that."
I suddenly stopped. "Why don't you?" I asked it with anger in my voice. It was getting annoying, and frustrating. No one understood my pain. I was always alone. Even with Ali baba there.. when he got sick I was fending for both of us, alone.
