The rest of the day melted by, only here and there did I notice hard work.
Crasel and Leila both seemed to enjoy working slaves beyond they're limits it seemed, because after a good seven hours, I couldn't feel my legs.
"Get used to it!" Leila yelled. "You won't be doing nothin' less!" Crasel added.
We were heading back to the slave house at sun set, when a messenger sprinted over to Leila, looking quite out of breath.
"L-lei- Miss Leila! Urgent news from the king!"
"Well?" Leila rounded on the poor girl. "Spit it out, then!"
"A foreign Prince and delegates have come to speak with the Baqur king, and council!"
The little girls words seemed to shock Leila, because she whispered something so fast none of us could hear.
The girl nodded quickly, and once again sprinted off into the direction of the palace.
"Alright! That's enough, into the house!" She spat, pushing the last of the exhausted slaves into the barn like building.
Mor, lets hurry and get out, I feel like something bad's about to happen..
Aladdin's voice echoed in my head.
"Like what?" I whispered.
He didn't answer, because soon, the head counting started.
I need to find a way to get out, I thought.
Bathroom..? Aladdin suggested.
"Oh, yeah, because last time you went, that ended in big success right?!"
But it was the only reasonable way, so when Leila got over I told her it was an emergency, and she walked me out of the barn into a little outhouse.
"Don't take long! I have to be somewhere." She called.
I suspected it was that foreign prince deal, so I didn't say anything.
I waited for a few minutes, until she finally banged on the door, forcing me to hurry up.
When I heard her walk a few paces away, I bounded out of the little outhouse and made a run for it.
I couldn't feel my legs I was running so fast, or maybe it was just from working all day. I rounded the pathway to the palace, and found myself at the main hall gates.
"Sei-seize that slave!" I heard Leila shout from behind me, but I didn't turn to see how far back she was.
Almost to the-
Aladdin was cut off as I slipped on what seemed to be a hairy black rug, but I was surprised to find it to be a long black braid, extending to the floor.
"What the?!" I gasped as I tried to stand up, only to slip again.
I leaped, or rather, slid backwards as the terribly familiar, smirking face of Judal the magi came into view.
Ahhh! Noooo~! Aladdin moaned.
"OH! Well, if it isn't Morgiana! What are you doing here-" He trailed off as he lifted me to my feet.
"Sto-stop that slave!" Leila's out of breath voice shouted again as she approached us.
"Wait- if your here, then is the foreign prince, Natsume..?!"
"Mmmhm! And he- wait, SLAVE?!" He yelled at the fast approaching slave master.
Aladdin couldn't bear it any longer, and shot out of the scarlet gem to both separate me and Judal, and protect me from Leila.
Things were about to get a lot more complicated.
