"You've found him?" I squealed excitedly.

My feet stopped pacing the white sandy beach as I stared at silver-haired magi.

"Yes, indeed. And he's not to far off, good for you!" Yunan trailed off.

"Umm, how can I get there..?" I asked suddenly realizing I couldn't go on the smaller boat.

But then I remembered his warning that he would need something in return.

"But first.." I stated.

"About the payment? I'm sorry- I have no money..."

He chuckled and stuck his small hands on his hips.

"No, no. I have no use for money, but something else.."

I looked around awkwardly.

Something else..? I didn't have much.. What could he want?

"What do you want..?" I asked curiously.

"Hmm... how about.." He said looking thoughtfully at the blue sky.

"I've got it! How about, a promise!"

I looked at him in disbelief. That's all he wanted...?

"Just.. a promise?" I laughed gratefully.

"Yes!" He stated also chuckling.

"A promise that you will return here with Aladdin, and..."

Yunan stopped.

"And..." I continued for him.

He gave me a sympathetic look then smiled.

"Just, promise you'll return when you have completed what your looking for."

He finished.

"Umm.. okay, ya I mean I guess! Ok! It's a promise!"

I reassured him with a smile.

He sighed in a accomplished sort of way, then started walking over to the left a bit, and squatted down.

"Uh," I asked unsure of what he was doing, but when he stood up I could see he had drawn a sort of weirdly shaped circle with two triangles intertwining.

"Mahou Sosa. I can more easily direct magic through it."

"Ahh..." I whispered in a louder than needed way.

Than he spoke a funny what seemed like magic language and stepped back.

The design started glowing and the sand around it shinned.

"What's-" I started.

"Just wait," He whispered and in a few seconds I could see what he had did.

The ocean was swirling like a whirlpool and through the middle came what looked like a large piece of drift wood, with a long rope attacked to each side.

"What is that?" I asked, only guessing what was to come.

"Something of my own invention! Here, I'll help you on."

He lifted me by my waist and hoisted me up onto the drift wood.

It sunk a bit, soaking my already-ruined scarlet dress the prince had indirectly given to me through Judal before we left.

Great, I thought. Just great, my first nice outfit and I had ruined it in no longer than a few hours.

I had just now noticed that it had only been a few hours since I lost Aladdin in the bathroom, and escaped from the bandits ship.
