chapter six: demis interview

Demi pov:****

we are driving to the interview that i have in half an hour and the car ride is quite. So i turn to ruby and she looks deep in thought so i just let it be and not ask anything because im scared if she will shut me off or gets mad so i dont want to risk it.

"You know... I know you want to say something to me but you are hesitating." she said giving me a side glance and i sighed.

"You right babe... but im not going to force it out of you but im going to wait till you are ready." i said smiling alittle so she smile and took my hand with the one not holding the wheel and kissed the palm of my hand.

"I love you and thank you for considering my feelings love. But i want you to ask me questions and i dont want you to be scared to ask me because i wont yell at you or shut you out." she said parking the car since we are at the building where they held interview.

"Are you sure?" i asked hesitating.

"Come here." she said patting her lap to sit so i listened and took out my sit belt and went to sit on her lap facing her.

"Yes im sure love. So its totally okay for you to ask me anything. I love you demi and i want you to know that the most important thing in a relationship is to not lie and be able to tell each other anything that bothers us. So whats on your mind beautiful?" she asked and kissed my forehead.

"So what happened between your cousin? Because you were pissed at him when you saw him having sex in your office than when we left you guys to talk you guys came out smiling." i asked confused and she smiled alittle.

"You know i was pissed at him when he did that to me but we talked it out. His a lost confused guy demi he just need a person to guide him at the right path. You know how my dad was yelling at someone at the phone?" she asked and i nodded because he did yell at a person that he called sister.

"The person that he was yelling is emanuels mom. He was pissed because emanuel parents they disowned him and called him worthless ever since he was born. And growing up he said that his parents never bring him to any events or dinner well except family dinner." she said sighing and what i look is that she was quilty of something so i put my hand on her cheek and she looked at me.

"Hey you look like your guilty of something. Whats wrong?" i asked and she sighed.

"Emanuel told me that her parents wanted him to be like me thats why he hated me growing up. I feel bad that everything is my fault. Maybe if i wasnt born than maybe everything would be fine." she said tearing so i whipped it away.

"Hey never say its your fault ruby. Everything happens for a reason, and never say that everything would be fine if you weren't here because nothing would not be okay i will not be okay. If you weren't born babe emanuels parents would have used some else to replace you. So dont say those things again ruby. Just know that you and emanuel are close now than before." I said and she lean in to my sholder and cried.

"Im sorry demi i didnt mean to hurt your feelings." she said and i sighed.

"Its okay babe. Its how you feel in the inside and its fine. But believe me Ruby that everything will be fine." i reassured her and she nodded and looked at me.

"I love you demi lovato." she said looking at me with so much love.

"And i love you ruby rose with every ounce of life in me." i said giving her a kiss.

"Okay lets go because your interview is going to start in ten minutes and your not in there." ruby said opening her door and i got out first then her.

We walked in the building and i see my manager phill.
