bonus chapter: the day of the March for life.

ruby pov:

I'm heading to where demi is doing a performance for the March for life. it was the shooting that happened at the school and some kids died because of it.

I parked the car backstage and i see paparazzi and many celebrities doing performance or doing the March. there was so many of them here and i didn't know where was demi.

I took my phone and i dialed demi number.

"momma can you pass me my drink please." Sammy asked me from the back seat and I nodded giving her drink and i check Xavier and he was looking outside with a curious look.

"Hey babe are you here?" demi answered the phone.

"yeah I just pulled in backstage. where you at?" I asked looking around.

"i see your car. look strait ahead I'm wearing red." she said to me and i look ahead and smiled seeing her waving at us.

I drove forwards a little next to her opening the window.

"Hey baby. can you get Xavier at the back while i park the car." I said to her after i gave her a kiss.

"sure." she smiled opening Xavier door and Xavier smiled seeing his mom.

"Hey my babies." Demi kissed Sammy and Xavier.

"hey mommy." Sammy smiled and demi smiled taking Xavier.

"Hey princess. follow momma to park the car and I'll be here waiting for you guys." Demi said to Sammy and Sammy nodded going back to her tablet than demi took out Xavier and closed the door.

I parked the car close by to the stage area so it will be easy for me to get it and to leave the area after. than I got out with Sammy and she held my hand while I put on my shades.

"momma why are we here for?" Sammy asked looking around and I kneeled down to her level.

"well princess we are here for the kids that went through really bad thing. a bad guy killed some of the kids at school and now we are here to help them have a voice in changing the world by not having the same thing happening again. so promise something princess." I said to her making sure she was paying attention.

"yes mamma?" She asked.

"promise me that whenever you see any kids sad when we are here. I want you to give them a hug. would you do that for me princess?" I asked her and she smiled nodding.

"okay momma." She said to me and i smiled standing up taking her hand again and i walk towards demi who was talking to Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande.

"hey baby." I gave demi a kiss while i took Xavier from her and Sammy went to demi side holding her hand looking around.

"so what are you going to be singing?" Miley asked demi.

"well i was thing Sky scraper is a good one." Demi said smiling and I just start playing with Xavier since their conversation was not that intresting.

"babe let's go the March is about to start." Demi said to me and i nodded going in on a golf cart with demi, Sammy and Xavier and max drove us to where it starts which it was 10 to almost 15 minutes far from us.

I was a good thing i got hats for the kids because it's going to be hot and demi was holding a medium size water for the kids just in case they get thirsty.

we stepped down once we got there and i see a lot of people here to support the kids and that brought smile to my face. we walked to where Miley, Adriana, and of course I saw all of demi band mates and her friends and family.
