life being sober

chapter thirty eight: busy day!

Ruby rose:**** ( three days later )

Its 8:30 in the morning at a monday already and right now im on my way  to the shooting of the movie 'the return of xander cage' and im a little early but i have to stop by at starbucks to get coffee for me and ice tea for my little princess that is sleeping right now because it looks like shes getting sick.

She woke us up early this morning around 6:00 because she didnt feel good. So demi checked and she only had a small fever so demi gave her the medicine for her. So right now she is sleeping because she was a little better.

I used the drive through so it would be faster.

"Hello welcome to starbucks may i take your order." a lady said through the intercom.

"Yes i would like a large cup of hot chocolate mocha with no whipcream and a medium cup of cold ice tea with not to much ice in it." i said my order and i heard sammy cough and i reached out to the back and rubbed her feet.

"Is that it for your order mrs.?" she asked and i checked the menu.

"Can i have you guys oatmeal special and one glace donut please. And make sure the oatmeal is still hot when you give me and not cold." i said and i turn to see if sammy was still sleeping and she was but she looked like she is get up soon because she kept on moving like the fever was coming back.

"Sure thing mrs. Your total will be $25.99 you can go ahead and head to the next window." she said.

"Thank you." i said driving to the next window and grabbed our order and payed for the stuff and i drove off.

I parked the car right next to the trailer that had my name in it and i got out going to the back of the car and i carried out my sick baby.

"Momma..." she whimpered in pain and i frown rubbing her back.

"Shhh momma is here sweety. I know your in pain princess hold on alittle bit so you can eat and momma will give you your medicine." i said walking to the trailer and i see my cousin alex in front of the door of my trailer wearing his black jeans with a white t-shirt and i leather jacket.

"Alex can you get the bag that had food in it and the two drinks and bring it to my trailer." i asked still rubbing sammys back.

"Sure." he said walking to my car to get the stuff and i went in my trailer towards the living room where we hangout and i layed sammy on the couch.

"Up baby you need to eat and after momma will give you your medicine to feel better." i whispered to her while rubbing her knuckles.

"But momma im not hungry." she said sounding tired.

"You have to eat a little princess because you didnt eat breakfast and you cant drink your medicine on an empty stomach. So wake up." i said sweetly and she slowly got up wrapping herself with her frozen blanket.

Alex came in with the food and drinks and he set it up in front of me on top of a small table.

"Is she sick ruby?" alex asked looking at sammy worried.

I nodded opening the still hot oatmeal and took the spoon to mix the oatmeal with the small fruits on the top.

"Yeah. She has a small fever. Can you watch her in here while i shoot the scene for the movie." i asked bringing the spoon that had the oatmeal to sammys mouth and she open her mouth and ate the oatmeal like she was forcing herself to eat.

I knew she would loose an appetite because she is sick but i want her to eat a little of it so she doesnt have an empty stomach. She doesnt have to finish the whole thing.
