chapter fourthy three: sammys first day of school!

Rubys pov:

Its 6:30 in the morning and i woke up because my little man screamed his lungs out early this morning that woke me and demi up. So i told demi that i got it and she went back to sleep saying thank you to me.

I went to xavier's crib that was in front of our bed and he was crying his eyes out so i picked him up to check if he need diaper change and he didnt so the next thing he wanted was food.

So i walked out of our room and i walked downstairs to the kitchen to warm up the milk that demi prepared last night so i wont need to wake her up to feed him.

I put the bottle of milk in the microwave to warm it up alittle. Than i played with xavier while waiting for the milk.

"You silly boy waking up your mommy from her sleep." i said tickling his stomach making him laugh.

"Its a good thing you have a momma that likes waking up this early in the day." i said to him in a baby voice.

Few seconds later the microwave made a noise that told me that the milk was done warming up. So i took it out and i checked the temperature of the milk on my wrist to see if its not to hot for xavier.

Than i brought the bottle to his mouth and he starts drinking it like he was starving. I laughed holding him while patting his butt softly.

"Hey little man the milk is not going anywhere so slow down buddy." i whispered looking at him lovingly. He smiled continue sucking but this time slowly.

"Good boy. How about we go check on your big sister and see if shes up yet." i said walking up stairs to wake up sammy since its already 7:00 and school doesnt start till 8:30.

I walked in her room to see her up and ready for school! I was shocked how early she woke up.

"Hey princess your up aready." i said smiling while feeding her baby brother.

"Yeah momma. I was so excited for school that i wake up every hour to see if it was time to get ready." she said excited. I smiled putting xavier on her already made bed and i made sure there were pillows around him so he wont fall off the bed.

"Do you want me to fix your hair princess?" i asked going towards her. Than she sat on her chair facing her mirror while i took her brush to comb her hair.

"Can you put my hair in a bun momma?" she asked with her cute voice that always melts my heart.

"Of course." i said doing what she reguested.

"Momma are you picking me up after?" she asked once i was done fixing her hair.

"Im dropping you off before momma has to work and mommy and I will pick you up after together." i said making her smile knowing both of her parents are picking her up.

"Okay since we are done getting you ready lets head down so i can make you a special breakfast on your first day of school." i said picking up xavier who was sleeping and started to fuss once i picked him up. I rubbed his back to make him go back to sleep while we walked out of the room.

"Momma im so nervous." sammy said once we walk in the kitchen.

"Princess there is notting to be nervous because you will be fine okay? If anyone bothers you than i want you to tell an adult or mommy and I okay?" i said starting on the pancakes once i put xavier on his crib.

"But momma?! I dont want them to hate me more if i tell on them." she said worried and i put the second pancake on the plate. Than i turn off the stove and i put the whip cream and strawberries. I walked to her with her plate and i set it in front of her while i bend down to her eye level.
