chapter three: the date

Demi pov:****

I parked my car in front my house and walked out towards the front door. But before I went in I saw mom and dads car so their probably here already. So I went inside.

"Hello im home." I yelled so they can hear me and I walked towards the kitchen because their probably there. Once I stepped in the kitchen maddie ran to my arms.

"DEMI!!." Maddie screamed hugging me really tight and I smiled missing my little sister.

"Hey maddie! I miss you little sis." I said hugging her back.

"Hey sweety." mom said walking towards me with dad.

"Hey mom! Hey dad." I smiled hugging them both.

"How was the first auditions for the xfactor." mom asked.

"It was good, we found good singers." I said sitting down and they sat down too.

"Thats good." dad said and I check the time it was 6:30 so I had to get ready.

"Okay guys I have to get ready for a date." I blushed mom and maddie squealed.

"So who is the lucky guy." mom asked and I became nervous because they dont know about me being lesbian except maddie, dallas and merrisa.

And I felt someone squeezing my hand so I turn to see maddie giving me a reassuring smile so I smiled back and turn to mom and dad confused on why im nervous.

"Mom dad, umm how would you feel if im dating someone in the same gender?" I asked nervous and they smiled.

"Princess we dont mind at all as long you are happy and your other half is treating you like a princess than we are all for it." dad smiled and mom nodded so I stood up and gave both of them big hug.

"Thank you it means a lot for you guys to support me." I said sitting back down.

"So how is the girl treating you demi? She better treat you like a princess." dad said being serious and I smiled.

"Well she doesnt treat me like a princess." I said and dad became mad and I continued.

"She treats me like a queen. Heck she looks at me like im the only person on earth." I said smiling and they smiled.

"Wow she sounds great." mom said and I nodded.

"Shes perfect. Shes stopping by later on after the date to talk to you guys if thats okay?" I asked.

"Yeah sure we will be here waiting for you guys." mom said.

"So mom maddie do you guys want to help me on finding the right dress to wear on this date?" I asked them and they smiled and nodded so we walked to my room to get ready.

Ruby pov:****

I checked one more time on what im wearing. Once I was done I took my phone and the gift I got for demi and walked out my room.

I walked towards the garage and I went in on one of my cars. Then I drove off to demis house.

Before I turn to demis street I saw a flower shop so I stopped to get demi lilly's because merrisa said its her favorite. So I bought them and drove to demis house.

Once I parked I checked the time it was 7:29pm so I walked out with the flowers and walked towards the front door and rang the door bell and I saw a guy that looks like he is in his 40s standing in front of me.

"Hello good evening sir my name is Ruby Rose." I said extending my hand for him to shake and he shaked my hand but he was giving me an no emotion on his face so im not sure what he was thinking.
