chapter sixy seven: back to normal

Ruby pov:

its been already three months since demi accident and we are slowly coming back to our normal rutine. Well technically demi has been slowly coming back. She has beem taking a break from her career and surrounded herself with her family and our kids.

Recently demi has been going to the studio in our house writing new songs for a new album and the new chapter of her life. She is deciding on changing her mananger which i agree with her since she didnt really make her own choices when she wanted too on certain things and this time she wants full control of her career which im proud of her.

Right now its Wednesday at 12:20 in the afternoon and demi is out eating lunch with her mom and sister maddie while im at the house laying down on our bed looking through my emails on my laptop since demi took the kids with her.

Sammy is 7 years and she is going to school when the summer ends while our son xavier is 1 years old already and walking. Time flies so fast seeing the kids growing up.

"Hey baby im home." Demi comes in to our room holding our boy in her arms sleeping which i got up and took him from her.

"Hey love. How was dinner with your mom and sister?" I asked putting xavier on our bed to sleep and i turn to look at her.

"It was good. Sammy end up going with them to mom place to sleep over with maddie than they will drop her off tomorrow before dinner." She tells me wrapping her arms around my waist and i did the same to her giving her a kiss.

"So have you decided yet on who you chose to be your new mananger?" I asked sitting down on the bed and she layed down at the other side looking tired.

"Yeah i did actually. I decided on choosing Scooter Braun. I mean i would choose you babe but i just want you has my wife only. Not my wife/mananger." She explained and i lean towards her giving her a small kiss.

"I understand baby. So did you sign with him already?" I asked and she shake her head.

"No he is coming today in an hour to bring the contract for me to sign." She said which i nodded.

"Okay than how about i bring xavier to his room and we will go downstairs and wait for him." I suggested which she nodded.

I went ahead and brought our son to his room to put him to bed. Once i was sure he was okay and the baby monitor was turned on i walked out of the room going downstairs to the kitchen to see demi sitting down drinking water while i went to the screen in the wall and i turned on the monitor for xavier so we can see him and we can get him if he ever cries.

An hour later we hear the door bell and i walked towards the door stopping the security to open the door because i wanted go open the door and met by scooter himself with a warm smile and we hand shaked.

"Nice to meet you ruby." He greeted respectfully and i nodded to him than we walked in the kitchen seeing demi.

We talked alittle bit to get to know him and for him to know us. At the end demi signed the contract and i took a picture of them with demi phone which she gave me a big happy smile that i love.

We talk with him a little bit more than we bid our goodbyes to him after he asked demi when she wanted to come back and demi said two weeks in which he nodded okay leaving our place.

We end up cuddling at the couch while demi was on instagram posting the picture i took of her and her new manager.

I got a notification on my phone of demi new post so i took my phone out of my pocket and i went on instagram to see her post and i liked it and i left a comment.
