You were a clingy little shit. It was in your nature. In fact, that's often what Brian referred to you as with his friends - he used "his clingy little twerp" more often, but you liked them both. It didn't matter. You knew what you were, and you were proud of it.

You certainly didn't get that nickname for nothing. When Brian was home, you were either stuck to his hip or wrapped around his arm. You never really let him go unless he asked for space, which wasn't often. You loved hanging onto him for many reasons, the biggest one being the way he'd look at you. Even if you weren't looking, you could feel him looking at you. You'd look up and see his warm brown eyes glancing down at you with such happiness and admiration.

Today, of course, was no exception. From the moment you woke up you wrapped yourself around him, not wanting to get up and be away from him. He groggily said Something along the lines of "go back to sleep baby, i have some things i need to do. you get your rest." And of course, you whined in protest, but accepted it and fell back asleep.

You woke up a couple hours later to a note on Brian's pillow he'd left for you, reading:

hey clingmaster, you looked so precious sleeping & i didn't wanna wake you back up, so i left this note instead. i'll be back sometime this afternoon, i'll text you when i'm on my way home. just hang around the house today, okay? you'll see why.
i love you!! :)

Just reading it made you happy. You weren't a huge fan of surprises, but you trusted him, so you did what he told you. You went and got dressed for the day, and by that I mean you stayed in your pjs and put your hair in a messy bun. You walked into the kitchen to get some coffee when you found another note from him, this time in the form of a sticky note on the fridge. It didn't say anything, just a smiley face.

You didn't know what he meant by that, but you just brushed it off and opened the fridge to see an iced coffee and a doughnut from your favorite coffee place. You just smiled and sighed an 'oh my god' to yourself. You also questioned how he managed to sneak back in the apartment without waking you, but it was whatever. You were a heavy sleeper.

You walked out to the common room with your breakfast where you were confronted with, surprise surprise, another note, saying:

[your favorite movie] is on today at 1, i hope you're up in time!!
:)

He's such a nerd. God you loved him. And yes, you were up in time. You guys' cat, which was basically your child, curled up next to you while you watched the movie. She was as clingy to you as you were to Brian; it was just a big cling-train. Despite having drank a large coffee all in one sitting, you were still tired somehow. Of course, you being you and all, you fell asleep right there on the couch with the cat.

You didn't hear your phone go off when Brian texted you he was coming home, and it honestly didn't matter to you either way, but you certainly heard him open the door that was no more than 10 feet away from where you were resting. "Oh shoot, sorry babe. I should've figured you were sleeping." he said with a lighthearted chuckle. You sleepily rolled your eyes and smiled at him.

"Did you have fun doing... whatever you were doing?" you asked him and cocked your head to the side, almost like a dog. He walked over to the couch and grabbed your head in his hands before kissing your forehead. "Yeah, it was pretty fun I guess, would've been funner if I had you there though." he said, practically making you melt. You snaked your arms around his and laid up against him.

"Oh, right, the whole reason I went out - yep. Okay, so you know those sweatshirts that say 'I'm hers' and 'I'm his'?" he asked you, looking down towards you. "The ones all the cringey couples wear? Yeah, I'm aware of them, why?" you asked, mildly confused but not at the same time. "Since you're the clingiest girlfriend I think ever, and I can get a little... clingy sometimes too, I thought why the hell not?" he said as he pulled out two hoodies from a bag beside the couch.

"Oh my god, babe, where did you get these?" you asked as you pulled yours on; you noticed it was a size too big, just like you liked them. "You know that embarrasing t-shirt shop at the mall we always complain about as we walk past it? There." he said matter-of-factly. You just kinda nodded in acknowledgement. He then stood up and slipped his on.

"Stand up, gimme a hug." he said with a pouty grin. He knew what he did to you. Of course you jumped up and hugged him as hard as you could. You could hear him chuckle softly as he wrapped his arms around you. "Quick, jump up on me." he said, which oddly you complied to.

He picked you up bridal style. "Wanna go to bed?" he asked. "Babe it's only 4:30 though." you answered his kinda dumb question. "Don't act like you weren't practically in bed all day. Besides, time isn't real." he said with a smile and kissed your cheek before carrying you off to bed with him.

He laid down and laid you down on top of him. "I love my new hoodie but I think I love you more." you said before snuggling your head into his chest. "And I think I love you more too." he said, wrapping his arms around you tightly and kissing your forehead.
