"Your saying its not even Rick's baby? Who else could it's father be?" I ask.
"Shane."
My jaw dropped. My eyes were wide with interest.
"It happened when you and the others were in Atlanta. Shane and I were in the forest... Doing things." Lori explained.
"But why?"
"I thought Rick was dead. And so I felt so sad, I wanted to feel at least something. And now I hate myself for it." She said.
"Don't hate on yourself for this. I would have done the same thing." I reassured.
"But I'm not sure if Rick will have the same reaction when he finds out." Lori said grimly.
I understood what she was saying. I also knew why she did it, who could blame her? I just hope Rick is as understanding as I am.
"Can I tell you something now?" I ask.
"Yes, of course."
"There are walkers in the barn." I said.
Lori was completely shocked.
"How do you know?" She asked.
"I was up in the loft..." I explained.
"Does anyone else know?"
"I'm not sure." I replied.
Lori and I rushed to Rick and told him about the walkers. We looked through the cracks of the barn but the walkers quickly noticed and clawed at the wooden wall. The group finally noticed that we were looking at the barn and came over.
"What's going on?" Elise asked.
"There are walkers in the barn." Rick said without hesitation.
"And you didn't tell us?" Shane demanded.
"I didn't know until now." Rick stated firmly.
"What do we do?" Jordan wondered.
"I'll tell ya what we do. We open them doors and clear it out," Merle said.
"That ain't your call, bro." Daryl said calmly to keep Merle from getting too angry.
"Listen, we have to talk to Hershal about this. Maybe it's just a misunderstanding," Rick said.
"Don't be like that, man. That old vet in there doesn't even know what these things are." Shane argued.
Rick looked to Lori, who stood farthest away from the group.
"Never thought I'd say this, but maybe Merle is right." I announced.
Rick glared at me. Shane and a few other nodded in agreement.
"See, maybe Merle should be leader," Merle chuckled.
"Let's not get too caries away." Shane said.
Shane began taking off a lock off the barn.
"No! Stop!" Maggie shouted from the house.
Rick yelled at him but he didn't stop. Rick grabbed Shane and dragged him away, but Merle took over. The barn doors were pushed open from the inside and walkers had came at us. We all took out our weapons. Luke threw a pistol to Jordan and she began firing to get her first walker kill. Lori and Carol took Carl away from the scene before something happened. Leo took out his Katana and severed off the limbs of walkers and stabbed at their brains. Elise only had a knife.
"Elise, get out of here! Go to Lori and Carl!" I shout.
Elise stabbed at a walker and ran away from the fight. Shane had a shotgun. It blasted the walkers heads apart and sent brains flying. Luke shot a bullet that finished off one of the last walkers. The other had tackled me down. I rolled to the side to find my knife but it was in the head of a corpse. It had grabbed my arm and opened it's mouth. It attempts to sink it's teeth into my arm but finally Jordan had sent a bullet to finish it off. I retrieved my knife and stabbed it once more to make sure it was done. As I took the weapon from it's skull and it's blood soaked my arm, I recognised the walker to be Andrea.
"Oh, god." I heard Rick mutter.
First I saw Amy die... Now it was Andrea. I had witnessed the deaths of two girls. Hershal and his daughters and Patricia and Otis cried at the scene.
"When does the death stop?" Asked Jordan.
