Chapter 24 | Stuffed Toy

"Anyways lets go" I say taking Anne's hand

"But candieeeees!" She says reaching out to the candy store

"You've already got some" I laughed

"Fine" She replies

"Next stop, Arcade" I say

Anne's POV

We got to the arcade and we first started off with one of those crane games specifically those crane games with stuff toys that people cant get and makes everyone pissed off

"If i caught this polar bear for you, you owe me a hug" Sean says

"Dream on, go and try" I tease

Sean started tilting the machine which caused him to get the polar bear.

"Where's my hug?" He says, giving me open arms

"No hugs for cheaters like you" I reply running away from him

"No fair!, i used all my might to tilt it, at least a little appreciation" Sean whines

"Give me the polar bear first" I say giving him my hand

"Fine, after i give it to you i earn a hug" He says giving me the polar bear

i took it from his hands and started running

i turned around me and saw that Sean was catching up.

I was too busy not realizing i bumped into someone

"Im sorry, but i need to take that stuffed toy in your hand, We saw your friend over there tilting the machine to get that stuffed toy" The guard says

I looked behind me and there was Sean, keeping in a laugh while i gave him a glare.

I gave the stuffed toy and hit Sean in the arm.

"Hug?" Sean shruggs

"No, cheater" I reply

I started making my way out

"There, there, the polar bear is in a better place now" Sean says patting my head

"Yes, yes, back in the machine, thanks" I reply

"Hey!" I hear an unfamiliar voice say

i looked behind behind me and it was Adam, jogging our way

I stopped and greeted him with a smile

"Oh, Hey!" I say waving

"I saw the guard taking this away from you so, i earned one for you" Adam says giving me the stuffed toy

"Thank you" I say, looking at Sean with an unpleasant face

"Um, yeah sure thanks, But Anne and i need to go somewhere" Sean says

"Oh, thank you again!" I say looking at Adam

"Damn, that guy, is he like a stalker or something?" Sean asks

"Heh, who knows. Coincidence, maybe?" I ask

"There you go again answering my question with a question" Sean says

"Sorry cant help it" I laughed

"Anyways, i dont believe its a coincidence" Sean says

"Who knows" I reply

"Guess he really wants you back, huh?" I reply

"I was 10, i wasn't thinking, now that i've gone older ill make better choices" I say

"Promise me something" Sean says

"What is it?" I reply

"Just kidding!" Sean teases

There you go again, Confusing me with how you really feel. I don't know how you get so good at this, Sean.

Sean's POV

Thought i would admit it, but on second thought, not just yet. I do like her. But i dont want our friendship to be destroyed. We have this cool bond in which i dont want to destroy, because of me.

Not just yet. But soon

I looked at my phone and realized it was already 9am, We've been out for how long already.

"Hey, Anne i think we should get going" I say

She nods in response

We asked Serris to pick us up, luckily she isnt that busy that she had time to pick us up.

"How was L.A, Anne?" Serris asks

"Really huge" I reply

"You'll get used to it soon" Serris says
