Chapter 37 | Happiness

As the movie ended, I got up and checked my phone to see what time it was. Sure enough it was before 9PM.

"Anne, can I ask you a question?"  Sean asks

"Yeah?" I asked, as I paused from walking

"Uh..so im going on tour by the next two days, and before I go, do you want to hang out?"  Sean asks, looking on the soft cushion of the couch

"Yeah, sure definitely. But I have to go ask my mom first" I replied

"Well, you dont have to. My mom kind of asked your mom if she wanted to hang out with us." Sean explained

"And, did she agree?" I asked, curiously 

"Yeah" Sean replies

"See you by Saturday!" Sean exclaimed, heading me outside of their home

"Bye, thank you for today" I waved, as Sean grabs on the door knob walking pass behind me

"Hug?" Sean shrugs, as we reached the doorstep

I gave him a tight hug, and he gave me one in return. I felt my ears heat up, and felt my face turn red as well.

"You know what, I'll just walk you home" Sean chuckled, following me

"Okay then" I laughed

We walked pass the candy store which I needed the urge to buy one, my sweet tooth is on a break, sadly.

"Ehem, are you craving for sweets or something?" Sean asks, waving his hand in front of me

"Uh, probably?" I shrugged, I had no clue I was actually spacing out, my love for candies, sigh.

"Ill be right back" Sean replies, telling me to stay where I was

"You dont need to" I say

"Too late" Sean replies

Sorry Sean youre hard headed, and also Im tempted to run and hide, I looked at him and sure enough he was distracted choosing delicious candies. As I did, I ran my way and found a good hiding spot. I hid on a corner and hoped for the best.

I held on the edges making sure I wouldn't fall, I stuck my head out looking at Sean.

"Anne!" He chants

"Annee!" He chants continuously

"Boo!" I shouted

"Woah!" Sean exclaimed, with a shocked expression as the bag of candy he was holding fell out of his hand.

"Oh no!, are you okay?" I exclaimed

"Well im fine" Sean replies

"No, the candies!" I joked, as I bent down and took the candies

"Well thank you for your concern" Sean replies, sarcastically

"Im kidding!" I laughed

"Don't scare me like that!, I thought you were lost, knowing that youre not very familiar with the streets of L.A" Sean replies

"Dont, okay?. I dont want to loose you" He says

"Sorry, I had to" I laughed

"I'll get you soon" Sean says

"No you wont" I replied, as I ran my way towards my house, I looked behind me and he was catching up

"You were wrong!" Sean exclaimed as I felt hands were wrapped around my waist

"Fine" I laughed trying to escape his grip from my waist

"Thank you Sean!" My Mom says, waving back at Sean as she closes the door

"Did you have fun?" Mom asks

"Yeah" I laughed

"Good to hear, glad you're having fun, Anak!" My mom replies

"You need to pack your things upstairs right now, Anak" My mom says
