Chapter 20 | Warm Cozy Night

I took my bag and placed it on the floor carefully.

"Wow, I wish someone would take care of me, the way you place your bag on the floor" Sean says.

I rolled my eyes

"You're one sad bean" I say laughing at Sean

"Wanna watch a movie?" He asks.

"Okay" I say making my way to Sean's bed

I sat down and grabbed a pillow and cuddled it.

It smells a lot like him. His scent is attached to the his pillow, its a pleasant type of smell, I could just smell everyday.

"Earth to Anne?" Sean asks waving his hands on my face.

I shook my head.

"Hm? Sorry" I say.

"Thinking of me?" Sean asks with a grin

"No, never sorry, now stop it you look creepy" I lied.

"Sean is sad now, thanks" He says.

I hit him with a pillow.

We started watching a horror movie which led me to a heart attack.

I screamed hugging Sean's arm making me lean on his shoulder.

"You know if I hated you I would've let you just fall on the bed and hit you for making me deaf" He says.

"Thank the jumpscares, I'm not really good with these." I say.

"Yes, I can see" he chuckles.

I took my phone and checked the time, it was 12am. I known I had to sleep.

I took my bag and searched for something that would keep me warm when I sleep on the floor.

I grabbed a thick blanket and placed it on the floor.

I kneeled down and fixed the surface.

"What do you think you're doing?" Sean asks.

"Making my bed?" I reply with a question.

"Don't want to sleep on the bed?" Sean asks.

"I'm good." I reply.

"Sure?" He asks.

"Yes, I am and I'm good with sleeping on the floor", I say.

"If you say so." Sean says.

"Good" I say.

Sean's POV

I started scanning my phone to let boredom pass by at 12am.

I looked over to my side seeing Anne asleep peacefully.

I'm sorry but I have to do this

I can't just let you sleep there

I'm sorry I need to disturb you

I went down my bed carefully making sure I won't disturb Anne in her normal habitat, sleeping.

I placed my right arm under her legs and placed my left arm on her neck carefully holding her head using my hands.

I placed her carefully on my bed.

I fixed the surface of the think blanket on the floor.

Its actually warm.

I'm not really used to this side of the bed, but its worth it. As long as Anne's happy. I'm alright.
