She stood on the roof of the building, her gun in her left hand and a bottle of vodka in the other.

Olivia took one last gulp of poison before she put the gun to her head.

"Stop!" Elliot bursts through the door after climbing God knows how many flights of stairs and runs to her. "Olivia, don't!"

He tackles her to the ground as the gun goes off and a pool of blood surrounds them.

"No!!"

Olivia got to her destination. Dylan was standing outside waiting when her mother arrived. The two left as soon as possible so that they could get home and get some sleep. After all, it is pretty late.

"You wanna talk about it?"

"No," Dylan replies blankly. "I wanna go to bed and never wake up again."

"Baby.." Olivia reached over and grabbed Dylan's hand in a loving, yet firm grip. "..don't say that. It'll be okay. You can talk to me. And daddy. Even your brothers if that might help."

"Why would I do that?" Dylan rolled her eyes and looked out the window, jerking her hand back. Do it, she thought. Open the door and jump. She's so ready for things to be done. She doesn't wanna hurt anymore. Her family is better off. They're all better off. Right?

As the car door opened, Olivia slammed on her brakes, panicking when her baby was no longer sitting beside her.

"Dylan!!" she screams in terror. "Dylan, baby!!" She opened the car door and ran to her daughter. "Dylan, stay with me, okay? It's gonna be okay."

"Mom, I'm fine."

"Dyl-"

"It doesn't hurt, remember?" She moved a bit, but couldn't do much more than that. "Please don't save me."

"Dylan! Stop talking like that!" Olivia pulled her phone from her back pocket and called a bus. The second she hung up, Olivia went right back to comforting her little girl. "Baby, just stay awake for me," she begs. "Stay with me!"

"I don't want to anymore, momma." A few tears fall down the girl's cheeks. "I am finally gonna be happy."

"Please stop!"

"Mommy.." Dylan took a huge gasp of air and then her body began viciously shaking.

Olivia did her best to stay calm, but when Dylan's head smashed against the concrete during the seizure, that was all it took, and her baby girl would never be able to talk, or walk, or breathe ever again.

It was just seconds after that, that the ambulance had shown up.

"No!!"

In the far distance, the sirens began roaring. As the seconds passed, they grew louder.

"Stay with me! Please don't leave me, too!"

In the blink of an eye, police and medical care were surrounding the area on the roof.

An officer decided that he's be the one to speak first, him being the very first one to arrive. "Ma'am," he starts. "Let me help you up, okay? Who's this?"

"H-he's gone," she whispers to herself. "Elliot's gone.."

A/n: Okay, so I was asked to share how Dylan died, so I did. I figured do an "alternate ending". Were you as shocked to read it as I was to write it? Anyways, this is the last chapter. Thank you so much for reading! This is my favorite book I've written so far and I'm super proud of it, even tho it sucks a lot of the time. Thanks for sticking with me!
