Riley's POV:

There was a knock at the door.

I rinsed the knife and laid it down in the sink. Pulling down the sleeves to my sweatshirt I cringed. The soft fabric irritated the fresh cuts on my arms.

Ding dong.

I shuffled down the hallway and down the steps to the door.

I opened the door.

And in his glory, stood Harry.

I slammed the door shut in shock, breathing heavily.

I stood on my tippy-toes, and looked through the peep-hole in the door.

I wasn't dreaming.

There he stood, same old curls, emerald eyes and easy smile.

I composed myself and opened the door again.

He smiled at me.

"Hey Harry," I said.

He stepped forward suddenly and hugged me.

I could smell his cologne. I laid my head against his chest, pulling his warmth to my body.

"I missed you," he whispered, his British accent heavy to my ears. "May I come in?" He asked.

"Oh, of course," I said, giggling nervously.

I pulled him into my apartment.

"Nice place you have here," he said to me, his eyes glimmering.

"It's even nicer now that you're here." I said shyly. "I still love you." I whispered.

Why did I say that? He probably has some perfect model as his girlfriend.

He looked me in the eyes and crashed his lips against mine.

The passion burned underneath our lips, the love we had missed, igniting once again.
