Riley's POV:
I woke up the next morning, cuddled in Harry's arms. The phone was ringing - loudly may I add.
"Hello?" I asked groggily.
"Mrs. Styles?" I smiled at the memories of last night.
"Yes, this is she."
"Mrs. Styles, this is Alexandra from Saint Claire's Hospital. We have some exciting news." A nurse told me.
"Yes?"
Harry slowly sat up, rubbing his eyes.
"It's about your spine."
I took in a deep breath.
"As you know, you have been called in for the last few weeks to have x-rays of your back. The spinal tissue seems to be adapting. The cells have recognized the new spine."
Tears streamed down my face. Harry looked at me in confusion.
"So, when will I be able to walk?"
"If the cells stay at the same rate, in a couple of days, we believe."
I squealed. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
"You're welcome dear," Alexandra chuckled and hung up.
"Who was that on the phone?" Harry's voice was laced with sleep, making it sound rougher than usual.
"A nurse. She said I might be able to walk in a few days!" I tackled Harry in a hug. (A/N: She wears the brace to bed.) He squeezed me tight.
"Ma?" I heard Logan call.
He had spoken his first word which happened to be 'Ma'. Noah was quieter.
I hopped out of bed and slid on some slippers, walking to their room. Noah stayed curled up in a ball, his brown curls splayed around his tiny body. Logan's green eyes focused on me and looked up with his rosy lips pursed.
I carried them both to Harry and I's room, snuggling them underneath the warm covers.
"How are my big boys this morning?" He cooed. Noah's big blue eyes snapped open and he grabbed for Harry's hair. He chuckled and hugged Noah to his chest.
The doorbell rang and I sighed. Balancing Logan on my hip, I swung open the door to find Perrie.
Perrie stood there, her right hand holding her left wrist. She looked sad, and lonely and... forgotten.
"What the hel- heck do you want." I snarled.
Perrie's face crumbled and her blue eyes clouded up. "I need help." She cried.
My first instinct was to hug her. I leaned forward - but I stopped myself.
"Stop with the pity party. Get to the point." I snapped.
"I'm pregnant."
"What?"
Harry trotted downstairs with Noah asleep again in his arms.
"Who's the dad?" I asked. I pulled her inside the house and handed Logan off to Harry.
She sat on the couch and I started on making a cup of tea for her. "Greg. Greg's the dad."
"Greg?" I spat.
She nodded.
"And now he won't be the dad. And I have no one."
"Maybe because you were such a bitc-"
"We're here." Harry said and elbowed me in the ribs. He sat Logan down at the table in his high-chair.
"Thank you. I know I was a brat."
"More like a bitch." I said under my breath.
"So he refuses to be the dad?" Harry inquired.
"Yep. And now that I don't have Greg, or Zayn. I'm alone." She sobbed.
"I'll be right back." I mouthed to Harry.
I walked out of the room and grabbed my phone off of the counter.
"Hello?"
"Zayn, I need you to come over to my house. Now."
"Ri, I just woke up, and Lex-"
"I don't care. Get your ass over to my house." I ordered. I heard Zayn sigh.
"I'll be over in five minutes."
"Perfect."
