The rest of the meeting was pretty boring with just discussing normal pack stuff like alliance requests and threats and stuff that I wasn't really listening to. When the meeting was finally over we went to fetch our bags and got ready to leave.

We put our duffel bags in Casey's car which was actually my dream car, an Audi R8. My jaw dropped when I saw it and I jumped up and down happily. Casey chuckled and took my bag with his stuff and put it into the small trunk which was at the front of the car. I walked around the car starring at it and Casey laughed.

"Here." He grinned, tossing me the keys.

I caught them easily but I was shocked that he trusted me with it. "Seriously?!" I squeaked.

He chuckled and nodded. "It's your car now too"

I squealed and ran around the car and sat in the drivers seat. Casey got into the passenger seat with a big smile. I smiled back at him and gave him a small kiss before putting on my seat belt and pulling out of the driveway. I drove through the woods, asking Casey for directions since I had no clue where I was going and enjoyed driving the car. We got to a straight part of the road and I grinned before putting my foot down and seeing how quick I could make the car go. I slowed down slightly round the corners and pushed the car to its limit. I was enjoying myself until we got out of the woods and onto the main roads. I slowed down to the speed limit knowing that it was a bad idea to speed there.

We talked slightly about random stuff and when we got onto the high way Casey put some quiet music on which ended up being a lot of Tom Walker. My favourite song came on and we sang along to it. Casey took the main part and I sang a harmony. I loved the way it sounded and I had a feeling of freshness fall over me. This was what I wanted when I used to think about mates.

The drive took about 3 hours and we finally made it to a small cottage in the middle of loads of fields. I was weary of the fact that we were in the middle of no where, our pack was a long way from here so we had no back up and we would be with a powerful witch who was more powerful then the two of us combined. Casey reassured me that this Jess wouldn't hurt us but I wasn't going to let my guard down. I drove up the cobbled drive way and actually found the house rather sweet. It was a decent size, the size of a family home and the roof was thatched which gave it a rustic look. The cottage was covered in flowers too. At the front of the house there was a few hanging baskets filled with colourful flowers and there was a flower bed either side of the front door. Altogether the house looked cosy and cute.

We left the car and Casey took both of our bags to the front door and knocked. I tried to take the bag off of him but he wouldn't let me take it. I huffed and rolled my eyes earning a chuckle from him.

The door flew open to a pretty brunette who literally threw herself at Casey and myself in a hug. I got squashed as she tried to hug both of us at the same time and have I mentioned my mate is very large? No he's not fat he's just bulky.

She didn't seem to notice she was literally squishing my head but she finally let go and I heaved in a few breaths of air. Jess welcomed us into her home. I stepped in first since Casey was a gentlemen and let me through first. I followed Jess through the corridors which were surprisingly wide into her sitting room where she told us to sit down. She took our bags and said she would put them in our room while she made some tea. She bounced out of the room and went to make tea and whatever else while I looked around the room and Casey seemed to make himself comfortable.

Well she seems nice enough. Attila shrugged and settled down.

I agreed with her. She was pretty with long brown hair and brown eyes. She looked to be about twenty eight at a guess. Her house was filled with pictures of family though so assumed she must be at least in her forties since her children looked to be about my age.

"It's so nice to meet you Annabelle. I can sense that you're scared and I do not blame you although I will tell you I won't hurt you darling" She held her hand out for me to shake. "I'm sure he's told you my name but let me introduce myself. I'm Jess, I'm a white witch." She grinned.

White witches were witches of love, life and protection. I gave Casey a pointed look before shaking her hand. He never told me that she was a white witch. I wouldn't have been afraid if I knew that.

"Now I know why you are here so no need to tell me. You are confused as to what you experienced two days ago." She began, as she passed us both some tea and sat down with her own.

I nodded and took a sip from my cup. That tea was so nice. I made a mental note to ask her what it was before we left.

"Well there is a simple answer to that. You most certainly have been gifted by the moon goddess but this is a special gift, one that she hasn't given to anyone else." She smiled and sipped her tea. "You may find this a bit of a shock so please put your tea down. I like this carpet."

I took another sip before I put it down and gave her my full attention. Casey sat up straighter too. My palms were starting to sweat with how nervous I was.

"You are a child of the Moon Goddess." She grinned.

My eyes widened. "What on earth does that mean?!"

She chuckled lightly. "Your mother is the Moon Goddess"

I starred at her like she was crazy but I knew she was telling the truth. She wasn't able to lie. I looked at Casey and his reaction was pretty similar to mine.

"Now I'm sure you want to know what is the gift and why she has only just given it to you now. Well she noticed the danger you were in during that battle and knew that she needed to gift you in case you got hurt and you were lucky she did because that wolf very nearly killed you. It is her gift to you to congratulate you on becoming a Luna and she was supposed to give you it on the night you are accepted into your pack but she knew the dangers you were in and she knew it couldn't wait any longer." Jess explained. She paused to let it sink in.

My eyes pricked with tears. "So my mother really has been watching over me?"

She nodded with a gentle smile. "Now the gift is simple yet very useful. I'm sure you have noticed the ability to heal yourself of injuries but it also gives you the ability to heal others. However. This does not mean you heal small injuries all the time. Healing others takes an immense amount of energy and depending on the severity of the injury it could kill you. You need to use this gift sparingly and only use it when you have full energy. If you feel tired, ill or just not top notch that day, do not heal anyone. Understood?" Jess suddenly turned very serious.

I nodded.

"Good. Also there is one more thing that your mother asked me to do for her. She wants to see you"
