Agatha felt nauseous. She wasn't entirely sure where she was. Her thoughts were a blur as the floor opened up beneath her feet sending her falling, limbs flailing, down a spiral.
She craned her neck round to look at Merlin, clutching his hat to his head as he fell, a small smug smile was spread across his face as he fell. Would they ever reach the bottom?
Sure enough Agatha found herself looking down onto the top of a tall building on a cold dark evening, the cold wind whipped through her hair and her flesh began to prickle with anxiety. Where was Merlin taking her? Her throat felt tight as the building became clearer. It couldn't be. No. He couldn't have.
'Merlin! Are why am I here, why are we here!' She gasped still falling towards the hard roof of the castle. 'Merlin. I'm going fall.' She tried to speak but her words wouldn't come out in more than a whisper. She felt a hand around hers and looked up. There was some one there. She looked up into the his eyes, the man who made everything better. Who made her heart flutter and brought tears of pride to her eyes.
'T-t...' She tried to say his name but he put a finger to his lips ' Agatha, look at me in the eyes, I'm here for you ,to catch you when your falling.  I miss you more than words can say.'  Tedros spoke, each word like a soft melody gently lulling Agatha back to safety. She blinked back tears and looked away. She loved him and he had to know, she turned round and he was gone. Instead there was Merlin, wand out, casting a spell that suddenly made the castle roof go soft and gentle. They hit a ground with a puff and landed onto the pillowy rooftop.

'I know you miss him but we have to be quick. Present time is frozen but the reporters will soon break in when we get back so we have to find out how to escape, I remember this evening when I taught Tedros and he told me something about an escape route.'  Said Merlin as they struggled to their feet and the ground returned to normal.

'Merlin, why were you teaching Tedros so late, surely he would be in his chambers at this time?' Said Agatha still confused about what had really happened to her in the time they were falling.

Merlin looked around cautiously before he had spoken 'It was back when Tedros's mother was sneaking off to meet her secret lover. His father had his suspicions but never brought them up. He started to become paranoid and left Tedros on his own. To keep Tedros from the hurt I knew his fathers in caring attitude would bring him, I used to fake teaching lessons his father had 'Told' me to give him. I knew it was cruel but I couldn't have him knowing his father never cared. Sometimes his father would get so wrapped up he would not even come to say goodnight to his only child. So I would teach him till he eventually fell asleep and then I would carry him to his bed chambers.' Merlin spoke with a seriousness Agatha had never seen in him before. 'Lets get going ' he said, starting to fear he had said too much. Then they were off of the roof and into the castle.
